Frown lines, or glabellar creases, can be eliminated by a combination of weakening the frowning muscles and the nerves that make them contract. This result would be permanent. This result can be achieved in most patients having a browlift.

Brow Lift for 24 year old female: Too Early?
I am a 24 year old female. I have very droopy eyebrows. Is it too early to get a browlift??
A: Brow lift at 24
I would doubt that you have a condition warranting a brow lift. You try Botox or having an aesthetician alter the shape of the brows but unless there is an anatomical reason for a true brow ptosis, surgery is probably not appropriate. Not every situation warrants an operation. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon to whom you can demonstrate the condition which upsets you.
