What Are My Options For Noticeable Jaw Asymmetry? (photo)

I have very noticable asymmetry in my jaw. The right side is much larger than the left side, which looks like a large chunk is missing from my face. What would be the best option for me to rectify this?

A: A well-performed Injectable Filler procedure may restore symmetry to your lower jaw.

I read your concern and reviewed your photo:

You appear to have a deficiency between your chin and jowl on your left side. This may be improved with an Injectable Filler treatment. My personal preference is to use Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results.

I've attached a photo of one of my gracious patients that had nice correction of chin asymmetry with Silikon-1000.

Hope this helps.

What is This Crease Called Inbetween my Chin and Bottom Lip? What Kind of Surgery Can I Get to Remove the Crease? (photo)

I feel like this crease is not feminine and I don't see much people with a deep crease like mine. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

A: Can you improve the horizontal crease between your chin and lower lip?

I read your concern and reviewed your photos:

You have a deep "labiomental" crease, and frankly this does not appear to be aesthetically unpleasing. You may be a candidate for a well-performed Injectable Filler procedure to lessen the depth of the crease. This needs to be performed by an experienced physician, as horizontal wrinkles and creases may be more prone to bumps than vertical wrinkles and creases, in my experience. In that regard, a conservative treatment with a planned "touch-up" a month later may be best. My personal preference is to use Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results.

Hope this is helpful for you.

Best Way to Correct my Weak Chin/jaw

I'm 23 years old, looking to get a stronger chin to better balance my face - what would be the best possible way to do this? Thanks.

A: Based on your photo, you appear to be a good candidate for Chin Implant Surgery.

I read your concern and reviewed your photos. A well-performed chin implant surgery may provide a stronger appearance of your chin and jawline. Surgery is well under an hour, and downtime is less than one week in most cases.

I hope this is helpful for you.

Regards from NJ.
