Will my Surgeon Be More Likely to Do a Better Job on my Rhinoplasty if I'm His First Surgery of the Day or the Last?

I know it seems like a silly question but its really not. Take for example my hair stylist. I've found she does a much better job if I'm her very first client of the day. Verses being the last when she;s worked all day and tired. I know a stylist goes through a lot more clients in a day then a surgeon, so their not comparable. But i'm still wondering if it makes a difference? I've researched my surgeon and am confident in him but i'm still looking for the best possible results, as is anyone!!

The maximum number of nose jobs I will schedule for a morning is three. As long as your surgeon is expert at rhinoplasty, you should be fine if your case is within the first three of the day. 

Rhinoplasty may take around two hours, and after 6 hours of intense concentration (3 cases), I'm ready to leave the surgicenter. Other surgeons may have different levels of mental stamina: this commentary is based on my personal preference.

Do I Need a Lip Reduction or Augmentation? (photo)

OK so I've kind of accepted that I'll have big lips for the rest of my life. It's something I was teased about growing up and I guess that's where my insecurities on the issue began. I don't really want a lip "reduction" I just want my bottom lip to not hang so much; it's nearly touching my chin. Im too afraid to drastically change the size of my lips b/c of the unexpected outcome, so I've settled for this slight change. Would this procedure be considered a lip reduction or augmentation. thanks

In my opinion, you have attractive, full lips. But if you want a subtle reduction, you may consider lip reduction surgery for your lower lip, or both of your lips.

In my practice, lip reduction is performed by removing a strip of mucous membrane from the portion of your lips that resides inside your mouth. This may result in a conservative, smaller appearance, and the scars will be inside your mouth. Occasionally, these scars can feel firm which is a negative you should consider before proceeding.

Is There Any Way to Get Rid of Horizontal Creases on Neck? (photo)

I am wondering if there's any way to eliminate or reduce the depth of horizontal creases on neck? I notice that I've had this since I was younger - I think it's genetic. They seem to become more visible as I get older. I'd like to know if perhaps botox would work or even neck lift or anything. I am 30 years old and my skin is stil tight otherwise. These two folds have bugged me for two years now. Thank you.

I have had good success improving the appearance of these wrinkles using Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results. I have not been able to completely eliminate their appearance.
