My friend is thin and has hereditary fat on her Tummy she is 45..Her girl friend who is sixty had lipo suction a while back and has divits and rippels on her tummy..My friend is scared off now..I think she would be ok and not have divits if she just goes to a good DR. Are their more jobs that have rivits than ones that are smooth?
First, you shouldn't compare a 60 year old to a 45 year old. In fact, sometimes, you can't compare two 45 year olds. What is necessary is for your friend to be evaluated by a board-certified plastic surgeon. He can let her know how her skin will respond to liposuction. If her skin is thinned out and inelastic, she may not be a good candidate. If her skin is thicker and more elastic, she may do very well. The amount of fat that is to be removed is also important. Finally, the skill of the surgeon is very important. Make sure you go to a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of liposuction. Do your homework. Good luck!

i am 20 years old weigh about 190 maybe a little less and i am 5 foot 3 inches would liposuction be safe for me and how much does it cost in my picture i am the one in the white shirt
Assuming you are otherwise healthy, liposuction can definitely make a nice difference in your figure and do so safely. However, this will not take the place of weight loss. The ideal combination is to use both. For some of my patients, the results they see after liposuction motivates them to continue improving themselves with diet and exercise and living healthier lives. Liposuction will not treat your whole body. You may start with the areas that bother you the most and go from there. Good luck!

I have lost approximately 155lbs via Gastric bypass surgery. I still have about 60 pounds to lose. I have always had larger arms but I have not really lost any weight off my arms and I don't think I have much extra skin, just still have a lot of fat. Rolls of fat.
I am going to have a panniculectomy and Tummy Tuck and am now thinking of getting arm Liposuction at the same time (to reduce anesthesia costs for one thing). Based on my photo. Do you think I am a good candidate?
First, congratulations on your weight loss. I suggest you lose all the weight you expect to lose before having any of these procedures. Once your weight has stabilized, then continue with body contouring.
For you midsection, given the large weight loss you've experienced, I would expect you would get the best result with a body lift. Tummy tuck often leaves loose skin over the hips and lower back that can look odd if the abdominal skin is tight. If you are having a tummy tuck, you shouldn't need a panniculectomy since this does the same this (removes loose lower abdominal skin).
You have loose skin in your arms now. Liposuction will not address this. It will make your arms thinner but the skin will still hang down as it is doing now. If this is what you are looking for, then liposuction is fine. However, for the best result, you need an arm lift or brachioplasty. Good luck!
