I'm 2 Months PO, and I Think the Implants Are Too High, Will They Ever Drop?

At first Doctor said I need lifting, but I was scared(scars)and also Im 23 and no kids yet.He changed his mind telling me that augmentation only is gonna be successful anyway,he informed me that they gonna be a little saggy...but they r gonna be full(like how I wanted),so I did 370 cc under muscle. But now after 2 months the implant is still high and Im scared of the lifting. The doctor is very "quiet" and not like before surgery, wich is why Im thinking if there is something wrong with my implants?

A: High-riding breast implants Breast implants can be higher on the breast initially after breast augmentation and will usually "settle" (or come down) over several months. At two months post-op, one should not be discouraged as it is still early in the healing process. Though the look of he breast is "off" during this time, as the implants settle, the breast will look more full and natural.

Why Did One Of My Implants Never Settle? Was It Place It Too High?

Three years ago, I had teardrop implants placed transaxillary. My left one never settled all the way, at my post-op my surgeon only recommended intensley massaging it. My question is: is there anything that can cause it to drop? Three years after, I still catch myself massaging it! Did he not place it low enough or is it because I'm left handed? I can flex my pec muscle and move my implant up on the left, the right one is perfect

A: Breast implants

I would not expect the implant to move or settle after three years! I cannot comment on your surgery 3 years ago however if you want that implant to be lowered you will most likely require a surgical procedure to release the muscle or the fold

Can my Breast Implant Break During Sex

i had my breast implants almost 3 weeks ago and already had sex I'm nervous that maybe one of them popped I have saline the left one seems more swollwen then the right one

A: Breast Implants and Sex!!

I have had one case of a ruptured saline breast implant after sexual activity. I have had multiple cases of bleeding most likely from a capsular tear. If you are having pain or swelling it is most likely a bleed or capsular tear. If there is a leak (saline) you will have a loss of volume. If you have silicone implants you might require an MRI
