1978 had allergan implants. They lasted 28 years without any problem or incident. 2007 had a revision with mentor implants. Had nothing but problems. The implants folded inside my breasts and it could not be detected with an MRI or a mammogram. It is sad that i had to have surgery to see what the problem was. I replaced mentors implants once again with Allergan. I would think Mentor... more
53 year old breast cancer survivor. No mastectomy, a lumpectomy with wide excision. Had silicone implants 9 years ago. The right one encapsulated. Finally I am scheduled for my revision in one week. I cannot wait. I've been in pain for 5 years not knowing what was wrong. My PS says he's going to have to use slightly larger implants due to the pockets expanding. That's fine with me! I'm... more
I wasn't sure of what to expect from an implant revision. Dr. Bev listened to what I what I wanted and all my concerns. In turn, she gave me a number of options for me to consider. It is now, five weeks after surgery, I have a soft, beautiful, natural look. I'm so very pleased with the outcome. Her staff is friendly and nurse Debbie is a gem. more

I felt very comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed out of the room/office. Dr Patel called me the night of my procedure to check up on me to make sure I was doing well; he goes the extra mile for his patients to ensure... more
My first breast implant surgery was in NYC in 1995 (220cc’s).

In 2005 one ruptured so both were redone by another doctor in NYC. At this time both were under the muscle but very uneven and most of the scar tissue from 1999... more

So I'm scheduled to have a breast revisions with periareolar lift with Dr. Elliot Heller February 28, 2013. Right now I have 390cc smooth round high profile implants that were done in August 2007 by Dr. Rosenfeld. I'm not happy with the results. They are lopsided and too big. I'm going to Dr. Heller for breast revision, I am getting smaller implants 300cc-325cc.. Hopefully the second time is a... more
