I researched and consulted with a few doctors. She graduated with highest honors and is double board certified. This gave me a lot of confidence in her. My consultation with her reinforced my thoughts about her. I loved the final outcome. I was so confident in her that I decided to have my son see her for a non-cosmetic ENT issue and also for minor surgery on his arm. Her staff is great too! Dr. Schrader spent ample time going over the various options available to me. She is very pleasant. Not at all arrogant or patronizing like some surgeons. She is very respectful and highly educated and very skilled.
