Q: Complications from 500cc breast implants?

A:

It is normal to have some anxiety preoperatively with regards to breast size postop and size of implants selected.  Please realize that while you could probably pull off a 500 cc implant, you will look quite projected and very augmented - so make sure that this is the "look" you are going for!  Implants in the shirt is a notoriously inaccurate way to select implant size and is only a rough measure at best.   You should absolutely call your plastic surgeon to discuss your fears before having surgery.  Good luck
