Zerona for Dark-Skinned People

Can Zerona Be Used on Darker Skin People?

A: Zerona is safe for all skin types

Zerona treatments are safe on any patient whether they have darker skin either naturally or from a tan.  Our patients have been very happy with the treatments and I wish you well.

Is Zerona Laser Treatment Painful?

Does it hurt to get Zerona laser lipo? It seems to me the laser would burn if it is literally melting fat inside you. Do you need anesthesia for Zerona treatment?

A: Not Painful at All

The Zerona treatment is a completely painless cold laser:  I generally have my patients treated in a dark room with music playing.  Many say it is the most relaxing 40 minutes of their day.  The only sensation some patients report is an "awareness" of something on the skin, perhaps a slight tingling, never pain.  The treatments are usually every other day for a series of 6, 9 or 12 treatments.  The laser treats the targeted body area for 20 minutes on the front and 20 minutes on the back.  With adherence to the laser protocol, patients are getting excellent results.  Last week we had one patient lose cumulatively 14 inches from the thighs, hips and waist.

Do You Think Zerona Would Work or Should I Do Real Lipo on Tummy??

I am 45, 5'7", 132 lbs. and I have had a child. I have very weak abdominal muscles. I went for a Zerona consultation and they said I would have to exercise for 45 mins per day and give up alcohol and coffee for a month, drink tons of water-all these things would help anyway-so I wonder if Zerona really works? Also they said the fat would come out through digestive tract? How is that possible?! I only have $2400 to spend ( $200 per month). Is it possible to fix my problem for this amt. w/ lipo?

A: Liposuction, tummy tuck I have not been impressed with the results of zerona. You budget will limit your ability to have a surgical procedure. One option would be cool sculpting by Zeltiq. It freezes the fat and gives you a 20-25 percent reduction in the treated area.
