Which Breast Lifting Technique Would Be Most Suitable? (photo)

I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics

A: type or mastopexy

As you can see from the first three entries you are going to get a wide variety of suggestions. My philosophy has moved towards the least amount of scar I can possibly produce. The periareolar or Benelli lift them my favorite for a good number of years now. As you see from previous posts a lot of people do not like it. Often these are people who do not use the technique regularly. Find someone around you that offers that operation and does a lot of it and see what you think. You could easily go back a year later if necessary and put in a small implant. Good luck with your decision

Drooping Breasts After Major Weight Loss, Do I Need a Lift With Implants? (photo)

Hello, I am 25 years old, 5'2" and weight 112 pounds. I've lost around 70 pounds over the past 10 years and my boobs have noticeable gotten saggy and I have lost breast mass as I lost weight. I have gone from a 36C to a 32C/34B. I would like to get full C Cup perky breasts. In my case, is a breast lift and implants recommended? I know I'm pretty young and have not had kids yet. Does the current state of my breasts indicate how my breasts will change as I age?

A: mastopexy after weight loss looks like you would do well with any procedure or combination. implants only, lift only, or combination. if lift only you are ideal for the one with the scar around the areola only. good luck with it.

What Can I Expect For Heal Time After Breast Lift? When Can I Begin Exercising Post-Op?

I'm considering just getting a breast lift. I'm currently a B cup and believe I have tubular breasts. I love to run, so I'm concerned about the healing time. How long (on average) until I'm able to continue my workout routine? Also, I'm black and don't have a history of keloiding, could I still be at risk?

A: mastopexy good answer already. a few additions. if you are African-America and only a B cup consider the periareola lift. this is my favorite for less than C cup. I put patients in the shower next day and let them do any activity that feels comfortable but with a firm sports bra and maybe an ace bandage wrap.no real running for about a month and even then start slow. cross train.
