Slim Lipo vs Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpting?

What Are the Advantages of Slim Lipo Versus Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpting? Both systems seem very similar with one using laser energy versus acoustic energy. Which one is less traumatic with better results?

A: Slim Lipo vs Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpting?

I could not agree more with the other doctors who answered your question. All these devices only benefit the manufacturers. you don't need to burn the fat before removing it. Liposuction is a simple ingenious procedure where small lobule of hat get pulled in the hole of the cannula and with the movement of the cannula they get detached and removed. The nerves and blood vessels are preserved. this is the least traumatic procedure where there is no burning of tissues. If one uses a smaller cannula this can be done very precisely with beautiful results. There are many factors that influence the successful result. The most important is the patient selection. Next is the skill of the surgeon. The laser or ultrasonic energy has noting to do with the success rate.

I Carry Weight in my Stomach. Am I a Good Liposculpture Candidate?

I Am 5'7" and Weigh 190lbs, I Carry my Weight in my Stomach. is Liposulpture Right for Me?

A: Can liposuction benefit a 5'7'' 190lbs lady?

You have a body mass index of 29.8, therefore you are considered over weight but not yet obese. You are however very close to the obesity limit which is a BMI of over 30. You also mentioned that you carry your weight in the abdomen. If I saw you in my office I would look at the quality of your skin. do you have stretch marks? is there a lot of laxity? do you have an over hang over the pubis? Is the fat under the skin or inside the abdomen around the organs? All of these would questions have to be considered to know if Liposculpture would benefit you. I would probably ask you to drop ten pounds if you could do it.
