This is the only plastic surgery I've ever had (or plan to have), and my side profile has been something that has made me self-conscious. My fears were mainly 1) whether it would be noticeable 2) how soon I could return to work 3) what size implant I should get. The answers are 1) not at all 2) You can return after 2 days, but since your mouth/lower lip is still a bit numb, I'd recommend... more
I have always considered myself a "pretty girl" from the front, but I always hated my profile from the side, and it seems as I have gotten older, it has only gotten worse. Instead of putting a new smaller implant where we discussed, during the operation the doc decided to re-use the old implant w/o wings.(Can he do that?!) He now placed it too low, contrary to our discussion. The lower part of my face looks long and flat, w/ projection... more
