Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
My goal is for each patient’s primary rhinoplasty surgery to be their ‘only’ operation, or in the case of revision rhinoplasty patients to be their ‘last’ surgery. To this end, my preference is the ‘open’ rhinoplasty technique because it affords me maximal exposure with no downside that I can identify.

Dr. Winters is the Chairman of Plastic Surgery at HUMC. He has been in practice in NJ at HackensackUMC and Vanguard Surgical Center since 1998 where his tertiary reconstructive and aesthetic practice has become largely focused on rhinoplasty and body contouring surgery. Dr. Winters specializes in Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty and his office is located in Maywood, New Jersey.
