Hi I have had my silicon implants for 5 years (below muscle) I just noticed last night when I flex my pecs there is a dimpling from outside areola and goes horizontal for a couple inches... Can muscle flexion just appear years after implant or is it likely related to a breast lump that I have ( having Mamo & sono Friday )
Good idea to get mammogram and ultrasound.
Sounds and looks like its related to muscle adhesion to skin from submuscular breast augmentation.
Unusual to suddenly occur 5 years afetr surgery.
Can be corrected with acellular dermal matrix material placed between muscle and skin.
Xrays will eliminate any medical cause of problem.

I know three great surgeons in the LA area: Nirav Savalia(949-759-0980), Hisham Seify (949-251-1502), and Eugene Kim (310-205-3546). They are all well trained, with great experience, and are very nice people. You will have a great surgery and experience with any of them.
m a 34c and want to be a 38D I am 5'2 135lbs any suggestions on implant size I should receive. if this helps my measurments 34c 24 38.
As you can see from all of the answers, our focus is not so much on cup size but rather what implant is appropriate for your body and your aesthetic goals. We first determine which range of implants will fit appropriately in your breast (based on your body measurements), and then narrow down the selection based on your preoperative aesthetic goals (how big you want to be). The final determination is made in the operating room after trialing different implants sizers to achieve the result you desire. The key portion of size determination is making sure that you and your plastic surgeon are in complete agreement as to what your aesthetic goals are, and making sure that these are healthy and realistic goals. Best wishes!
