I have seen complaints about people ending up with bags under the eye when they had injections to fill the hallows. Why does this happen and can it be prevented? Also how can a doctor insure that the restylane won't move, or migrate down ( which I'm thinking is the cause of the bags?) thanks for your help!
The bags under the eyes from Restylane are usually from improper placement of the material. The role for Restylane to correct the lower eyelid is limited to the tear trough groove. If the groove is not filled in the right spot, then the fat in the lower eyelid can look even more prominent.
The best option of heavy lower eyelid bags is lower eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Which filler is the least painful and longest lasting for lips?
Juvederm Ultra XC is a great filler to use for the lips. In general it lasts for about 6-9 months. Now that the manufacturer has added lidocaine to the filler, the procedure is very easy and results in only little discomfort. Another alternative that gives permanent results would be the use of medical grade silicone. A microinjection technique is used to avoid bumps and the silicone is built up over a series of injections to create a permanent result. Be sure to seek out a practitioner who is highly experienced in injection techniques before having the procedure done.
im only 27 and have very deep under eye line/indentation stemming from my eye way down to my cheek. it makes my face appear to sag. for my case, would restylane or juvederm work? or wld i need a cheek lift to correct it? it doesnt have to be completely gone, but i'd like it to be much less noticeable.
The descent of the cheek soft tissues with age really exacerbates the tear trough. You can get instantaneous improvement with either Restylane or Juvederm. However to really build up the cheek you can use Sculptra which lasts 2 to 3 years.
