What Are the Benefits of Restylane Versus Botox on tired eyes?

Which one of the products has less side effects? Restylane or Botox? Are patients happier with the results for tired eyes and dark circles when they use Restylane?

A: Botox or Restylane

Botox and Restylane are totally different and work by different means, both can be used to improve tired eyes though. The Restylane can be used to fill in the dark circles on the lower eyelid rim and the Botox can be used to elevate the eyebrow and make the eye look more open

White Blanching After Facial Filler, Is It Permanent?

9 wks ago i had Restylane in marionette lines. After 5 weeks both sides developed blue hue (tindall effect?) More concerning shortly afterwards both of these areas down to my chin have lost colour (blanched - gone white) PLEASE can someone explain why this has happened and will it return to normal, is my skin damaged and will it tan? Injector says to leave to resolve itself! My skin is light olive but not too dark.PERMANT?

A: blanched skin

A filler to cause long term blanching of the skin is essentially unheard of. If an artery was injected with the filler you would have initial blanching but then it would quickly kill the skin. I am sorry but I do not see how the filler could have caused that.

Optimal Restylane/Radiesse Mix for Feminine Face?

I had buccal fat pads removed 10 years ago because I hated my puffy face. I'm 25 and until recently, I was very pleased with my look. But I've noticed that my face is still getting flatter and leaving me with a more masculine look. I also noticed that I have dark circles under the eyes, which I'm guessing is because there's less fat in the cheeks to support the skin beneath the eyes. Where would be the best place for rest/rad injections to restore a beautiful, feminine look? Thank you!

A: where to inject the filler

I would suggest using Restylane at the tear trough and then Sculptra to build new tissue in the cheek and even a little to where the buccal fat pad was taken out.
