I would suggest you discuss your issues with your implanting surgeon.  It is impossible to go from a B cup to  a DD cup with 280 cc, and I would assume that you could only have been a at most a B cup pre-operatively, as you said you only wanted to be a B cup after the implants.  There is a significant amount of confusion in your question - best to write out EXACTLY what you want to be different about your breasts and take that to your consult.  This will give you the best chance to avoid being disappointed with your revision surgery.
