Q: Which breast implant placement gives a more natural appearance?

Many factors can lead to a "natural" or "un-natural" looking result. Each woman is different as to size, shape, and soft tissue coverage. The more natural results usually have more soft tissue coverage. One way to help achieve this is to put the implant under the muscle. Now there is more soft tissue on top of the implant.

Again, everyone is different. Very important to communitace your goals to your board certified plastic surgeon. Together you can see what is or is not possible for you.
