Somehow my breast have become droopy, saggy, and completely different. I was thinking of getting the surgery to lift them...any advice? I want them to be perky and higher...is this possible with breast like mine? :)
I do think that a breast lift would make your breasts look better, but there will be permanent scars and there will be the need for touch up procedures over time as it will not be a one time surgery for you
Hello: I had a primary breast augmentation in July - 500cc smooth silicone under the muscle through the areola. Developed capsular contracture in my left breast and my right has dropped below the point where I liked it. I am also attaching a picture from before anything was done to me. I want both my breasts to look like my right did at 2 months after the surgery (refer to picture). Any way to achieve that without doing a lift? Why did the right drop so much if it wasn't droopy before? Thanks!
I think the implant on the right has moved out from under the muscle due to its size and that has allowed the right breast to sag. I do not think that a surgery on the left alone will get you symmetrical. Something will need to be done in order to place the implant on the right higher. You might possibly get away without a lift if both implants are removed and replaced in a new pocket in the subglandular plane, but it will not look exactly as your 2 month post op photo does.
Hello, I am 25 years old, 5'2" and weight 112 pounds. I've lost around 70 pounds over the past 10 years and my boobs have noticeable gotten saggy and I have lost breast mass as I lost weight. I have gone from a 36C to a 32C/34B. I would like to get full C Cup perky breasts. In my case, is a breast lift and implants recommended? I know I'm pretty young and have not had kids yet. Does the current state of my breasts indicate how my breasts will change as I age?
I think if you want to be large in volume, you will need a breast implant. As to a lift in the future, it is common for women that have a lift to have touch up procedures afterwards in order to maintain a perky look. The length of time before you need more surgery will vary, depending on the quality of the tissue and activity along with total weight of the new breast mound.
