I'm 6'1", 155lbs, and Very Athletic. My Dr. Recommended I Go with 475cc. Will This Size Interfere With My Triathlons? (photo) I am a 6'1" and weigh 155lbs, I have had 3 kids and am very athletic, my doctor recommends that I go with a 475cc implant, I know I have a big frame but will these be too big and weigh to much? I am a triathlete and love to run. I don't want to have back problems because of the implants.

A: correct implant size

My biggest concern is that with three children and your devotion to triathlons, that your breasts will sag from the bouncing incurred during the exercise routine. I do not think the implant size is too large for a person of your height and weight though.

What Is My Risk For Bottoming out With Submuscular Natrelle Implants? I have 397cc (right) and 421cc (left) Natrelle Allergen silicone subglandular implants. I understand that I maybe more at risk of bottoming out versus submuscular folks. Is my understanding correct? Also, does working out increase the chances of bottoming out? Working out such as...running, jump rope and plyometrics etc. Any information will be beneficial. Thank you!!

A: bottoming out after a breast implant

The risk of bottoming out is higher with subglandular implants. Exercise or activity that causes the implants to bounce will also increase the risk. Wearing a jogging bra helps a small amount. The quality of the skin on your breast will also affect the risk.

Is There a Way for Me to Have Closer Breasts Without the Aid of a Push Up Bra? (photo) I'm 1 month PO. I adore my new breasts! I love the size and shape. They are so close to perfection. All I wish is for them to be a wee bit closer together, without the aid of a push up bra. Are larger/wider implants the only option? I would feel comfortable going slightly larger, but cost is an issue. Please note I do praise the surgeon. He is very highly renowned. I understand he's done a fabulous job & that my anatomy may be making it difficult to achieve very close breasts. Thnk you.

A: more cleavage after a breast augmentation

Trying to get cleavage with an implant will firstly lead to an unnatural appearance that does not exist without a bra. Secondly, in the attempt to do so, the skin over the sternum can be over-elevated and leave you with a synmastia which is very difficult to repair.
