Face and Neck Lifts
The lower facelift and necklift (a.k.a. "The TLC Lift") is THE procedure that we are known for here at the Center. We attract patients from all over the western United States, and even some from Asia and South America, simply due to our unique model of performing the treatment under local anesthesia (as well as our exclusive focus on the face and neck only). I personally have performed over 6,000 lower facelifts and necklifts since 2006. To this day, every procedure is still different, unique, and exciting for me. I appreciate that there truly is an "artistic" value to performing a technically sound procedure, while maintaining a natural appearance and result. No two procedures are identical. Each treatment is tailored specifically to the anatomy and needs of the patient. Amazingly, our typical procedure time is still slightly under two hours time.
Eyelid Enhancement
Eyelid Surgery is one of our most popular treatments…and Dr. Lanfranchi’s favorite! The goal of an upper eyelid lift is to remove most of the excess thin skin (a.k.a. “hooding”) found over both upper eyelids. This tissue is the sagging, thin skin that covers the tops of the lids and worsens with age. This loose skin makes one look tired and depressed in appearance. Many women complain with frustration that their makeup application is hindered by this excess skin. Even a few patients will claim that their vision is bothered at times if the condition is severe enough. The end result of this amazing simple, yet delicate, procedure? A noticeably more awake and bright-eyed natural appearance! The Lower Eyelid Lift procedure removes the “bags” that protrude under the eyes. These lower eye bags lead to problems like constant puffiness, wrinkled skin, and a drawn, tired appearance. And what is the result of this wonderful procedure? A very well rested, youthful, and natural look!
Cheek, Chin and Jawline Enhancement
Dr. Lanfranchi offers very natural-appearing chin augmentation procedures for clients who want a more defined chin and profile. Often combined with the TLC LiftTM (Lower Facelift & Necklift), the Chin Augmentation Las Vegas enhancement procedure will help add more angle and sharpness to your profile. It will also help to balance your facial proportions and harmony. Chin augmentation can be performed as a single procedure (or combined with neck liposuction) in younger patients who are in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s.
