Dr. Prada is the best PS in the St. Louis area. I have been wanting to get a TT, breast lift and Lipo for a few years now and after some friends went to him I thought I would make a consultation appointment to see him. He made me feel so comfortable that I scheduled my surgery the same day. He never once seemed bored with my questions and treated me with the upmost respect. He explained the procedures in terms that I would understand and was completely honest on how much pain I would be in and when it would subside. When I first called to make an appointment, the nurse put down that I was considering breast augmentation instead of a breast lift, and he informed me that he did not think that I needed implants!! A PS who tells you that you don't need work....that sold him on me real fast. Most PS would tell you that you need all kinds of work just to get your money, but not Dr. Prada!!! When he came to see me at the hospital the next day after my surgery he even walked up and down the hall with me encouraging me that it would get easier and better as the days went on!! His work ethic is uncomparable and so is his compassion and care for his patients. I would recommend him to anybody!

The experience was wonderful! I felt like I was given excellent care by everyone I came in contact with. They listened and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Prada to anyone - he really exceeded all my expectations and I would do it all again. I have wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. I had done lots of research and was pleased when I came across Dr. Prada. I look at his before and after pictures and was eager to meet with him. I knew immediately that he was the doctor for me. He answered all my questions, was very patient, attentive and above all knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him and was confident that he could get me the results I wanted. He paid extreme attention to detail and surpassed all my expectations! He and his staff are all great. They truly treat each patient like they family. I would recommend him to anyone!

After reading many reviews and forums I was super nervous about having a breast augmentation, but I was 100% right in choosing Dr. Christian Prada for my surgery. From the very beginning, he answered all of my questions and put my fears to rest. He also counseled me on the best type and size of implant for my body and took the time to help me understand the decisions I was making. As soon as he sensed that I was unsure about sizing, he took the extra time to show me what I would look like with different sized implants using their awesome 3D imaging system. I was very comfortable going into my surgery because I knew Dr. Prada had been very honest with me. He is definitely not pushy and does not try to “sell” you procedures that are unnecessary. He is a very skilled, gifted surgeon who cares about his patients. Having a breast augmentation was one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made. I would recommend Dr. Prada to anyone and am looking forward to working with him again in the future!

I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Prada and am very pleased with my result. I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for many years and just did not feel comfortable with other plastic surgeons I had spoken with in Saint Louis. I am a small person and not overweight. However I had never had a flat tummy...not even as a young teen. It had bothered me for years. I worked out faithfully and nothing I did got rid of my tummy. Dr. Prada was clear on what my results would be and honest on what surgery could accomplish. My results were better than expected and I am very happy with my surgery. I have recommended him numerous times and will continue to do so in the future.

Three little words, but they speak volumes. Trust your surgeon or find one you do trust; it’s your life and health on the line. Dr. Prada will earn your trust with a combination of personality, knowledge, skill and a dozen other characteristics that I cannot begin to name. It’s difficult to know what one person finds in another to feel complete trust in them. I’m just glad I found it. Finally. In August 2011, I met with Dr. Prada for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the lap-band procedure, how the port/tubing would be managed during a tummy tuck procedure and what I could expect. He took his time and answered all of my questions without being condescending or talking over my head. He treated me with respect and courteousness – and earned my respect in return. His approach fit with my budget and I agreed to do the surgery after my initial consult. I had finally found a surgeon who took the time to understand me. It was a splendid feeling. Amazing work, very personable, Although the procedure was costly I was not willing to price shop where my body was concerned. Dr. Prada was worth it! After deciding to consider having a mommy makeover for a full tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift I consulted with my gynecologist who recommended Dr. Prada. Dr. Prada and his staff have been very accommodating for scheduling as I live 3 hours away. Dr. Prada took time to answer all of my questions and was available on a holiday weekend to call me back personally with answers to questions. I am a healthcare professional myself and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Prada. I highly recommend him even if it means you have to travel. Definitely worth it!!

I never dreamt a mere 11 days after having a tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips/back/flanks/medial thighs, that I would already be singing the praises of my plastic surgeon! I relied heavily on looking at these types of reviews in choosing a surgeon so it's only right that I share my experience to help others in choosing theirs. My major fears surrounding this procedure were ending up with an odd looking belly button, an uneven and unsightly incision, and a lot of pain. Dr. Prada far exceeded my expectations in his work. Even knowing that my results and healing are in the very early stages, I am thrilled with what I see in the mirror. My incision is even, thin and couldn't be lower as it sits just above the pubic line. My belly button already has a natural contour and I haven't even had sutures removed and I, of course, still have the usual post-operative swelling. I had tons of stretch marks, the highest reaching just to my belly button, and they are gone. I would trade those stretch marks any day for the incision line I have now, that can easily be concealed by a bikini bottom. Dr. Prada was very honest about what he could do for me and what procedures needed to be done to achieve optimal results. He never tried to "sell me" on anything but rather explained things to me just as any surgeon would regarding any procedure, cosmetic or otherwise. His bedside manner is awesome, which is a total bonus as far as I'm concerned because the results and quality of work are what matters most to me. The first time I got up to walk post-operatively was painful. There is no way to get around the pain that comes with having the muscle repair (I am a mother of 2). However, the pain pump that Dr. Prada uses, along with the pain medication and muscle relaxants Dr. Prada prescribes make the initial pain of the procedure manageable. I was up and walking with assistance, albeit hunched over, within a couple hours of surgery. Even the nurses on the floor told me how much they respected Dr. Prada's work and care of his patients. Within a week I was starting to stand completely straight and now at 11 days I stand with a normal posture and only find myself stiff if I haven't stretched or stood up for any period of time. I will be back to work full-time next week, and I have no reservations about that since I am already feeling quite well and still have almost a week off. Don't get me wrong, I am still taking it easy but I ran several errands today without difficulty. Dr. Prada is attentive and clearly has a gift for what he does. There is a certain art to plastic surgery that makes choosing a surgeon more difficult based on training and experience alone. His resume is impressive and his work speaks for itself (he has a book of his work that he will go through with you at your consultation). The office staff is fantastic, especially the nurse that works along with Dr. Prada to help you through the pre-operative and post-operative process. It's funny how many women, especially moms, are willing to invest in their families, homes, work, etc. without thinking twice but making the decision to invest in ourselves is more of a struggle. I am thankful I made the choice to do this now, even with young children, because I have many years to enjoy my results and I feel more motivated than ever to take care of my physical health. I would, without hesitation, send anyone I love to Dr. Prada if they were seeking a cosmetic procedure.

Such an amazing doctor! The absolute best in St. Louis! He is worth every single penny (and it was a lot of pennies ;-)) that we paid. His work is absolutely phenomial and you can tell that he truly cares about providing the utmost level of service and conducts himself with excellence! His nurse, Di, is extremely attentive to the patients needs as well. She can truly empathize with the patients since she herself went through the "mommy makeover". I was extremely nervous about having surgery and Dr. Prada assured me there was absolutely nothing to be worried about. The 3D imaging that lets you put different implant sizes on your body was so amazing to look at and really see what the procedure would look like on your own body. He was so helpful with picking out the right size and shape for my body type. I am beyond happy with the outcome and how easy the surgery was!

Dr Prada is amazing and Treatment was awesome. I had little down time, it was not painful and my face has a young dewey glow I think ill get a tummy tuck with him. My friend wanted a breast reduction but he is not doing them. The office staff is very helpful and super nice. They also carry excellent skin care products

Dr. Prada is AMAZING! So kind, informative and honest and he knows what he's doing! I did not feel pressured and he took the time to explain everything about the procedure inside and out. I again asked a million questions of him and he answered them all. Simply put, he is an incredibly nice guy who is the best in the business. I appreciated his honesty and took his advice completely when he advised me on what cup size to go with which turned out perfect. I was so nervous the day of the surgery but of course by the time I talked to Dr. Prada he put my nerves at ease and answered any last minute questions I had. After having two other consultations with a few surgeons in the area I decided on Dr. Prada, I was referred to him by one of my friends to at least check him out and so I did. I wasn't sure about choosing St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery at first because I didn't like paying $75 for the consultation considering other places had no fee, the good news is it goes towards your surgery fee if you do end up choosing them. I recently had my 1 week follow up with Dr. Prada and I couldn't tell him enough how happy I am! I have wanted to get this procedure done for over 10 years and I finally had the nerve to move forward because I met Dr. Prada and his wonderful staff, who were so sincere and kind. They were absolutely there for me every step of the way.
