I had a lower face and neck lift, with nanografts (fat/skin cell transfer) and love it! It’s not pulled too tightly, but makes a big difference in the sagging jaw line that I had. He also did fat transfer from my inner thighs to my chin and scar areas of my face. It’s been 14 weeks now, and my skin has improved and is still improving! My recovery was minimal, not much pain. It was outpatient, so I got to go home the same day. I really followed all the instructions in the after care, such as no lifting for 6 weeks. Dr Caplan is so nice, he listened to everything I had to say. You can tell he really cares about his patients. His staff is excellent, all of them!! I always felt that I was in great hands!

Dr. Caplin and his staff are top notch. They are very professional, very organized, and very helpful. Dr. Caplin is an exceptional surgeon - the best of the best. My 30 year old breast implants ruptured and the outcome of his surgery is way beyond my expectations. I'm in my 70s and they look like I'm in my teens. He's truly an amazing surgeon and he's also very caring and kind.

I cannot express my gratitude to Dr Caplin for all he has done for me. I had major scarring on my chin and neck area due to complications from being prescribed unnecessary medication in 2012. I began seeing plastic surgeons in the Houston area in 2015 and they all refused to help because my issues were so complex. I saw the sixth surgeon in 2016 who told me he would only allow one surgeon in the country to perform the surgery if I were his mother and referred me to Dr. Caplin. I thought it was crazy I couldn't find a plastic surgeon in the Houston Medical Center (the largest medical center in the world with the best of the best surgeons) but I was desperate. Dr. Caplin agreed to see me, agreed to HELP ME and thus began our journey together. Dr Caplin wanted to wait another year until all of the underlying medical problems were fully resolved. He told me it would take three surgeries and require a lot of patience to accomplish our long-term goal. My first surgery took place in October 2017, the second surgery was delayed due to COVID and took place in 2021 followed by the third and most complicated surgery in November 2023. He did a FANTASTIC job and I couldn't be happier. Dr Caplin genuinely cared about every aspect of my situation. When I initially met him, I was looking for an immediate result. He took the time to explain the danger and consequences of trying to resolve my issues immediately and with one surgery. I'm so glad I trusted him and would do it all over again!

Dr. Caplin is a master surgeon. He is incredibly skilled, creating natural results that remove years off of your face. He is humble, kind, gentle, patient, thorough, and truly cares about his clients. I wouldn’t have trusted my face to anyone else and feel so blessed to be under his care. Dr. Caplin removed the sagging skin off my upper eyelids and I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his staff. Everything was perfect and super easy from scheduling my consultation, to the day of my surgery, and my after surgery follow up appointments. During my consultation, Dr. Caplin explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel super comfortable and a lot less nervous about the procedure. As soon as I was finished with my consult, I knew I wanted to schedule surgery with him. His staff made everything super easy with the scheduling of my surgery and provided me with detailed instructions on what to do leading up to my surgery date. The day of my surgery, I got to see Dr. Caplin right before they took me back and later that afternoon after I got home Dr. Caplin called me to see how I was doing which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. A few days later I went to the office for my first follow up after surgery and had a great experience with his nurse who checked my incisions. I came back in days later to get my stitches removed which was incredibly painless and easy. I cannot thank Dr. Caplin (and his staff) enough for such a wonderful experience and for such amazing results! I am beyond thrilled with how my eyes look! I will definitely be back for additional procedures in the future. Highly recommend Dr. Caplin!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Caplin and his team. From my first consultation to today (post surgery 4 months) I have been given as much time, patience & care as I needed. The surgery itself was a breeze and the after care has been more than helpful. I am completely satisfied with the results; I put everything, including the size of the augmentation, in Dr Caplin's hands, and he confidently knew what I needed and explained his reasoning. Excellent care! I actually had two consultations before scheduling my procedure which all went according to plan. My results were better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Captain explained every detail to me and always asked if I had any questions. The follow-up care was just as good. His staff is amazing, always professional; however very friendly.

On January 28th of this year I had a facelift along with upper and lower Blepharoplasty. In not quite 2 months post-op the results are remarkable! In my opinion Dr. Caplin is an incredibly gifted surgeon, supported by an exceptional staff. He explained patiently and thoroughly the procedures as well as what my expectations should be.
