I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Mesna's bedside manner. He moves fast in consultations but will meet you where you are at and is gracious with his time for questions. In addition to his genuine kindness and demeanor, he is skillful and knowledgeable. I feel more comfortable in my body than I have before and attribute this to his skills and kindness. His entire staff is equally as approachable, kind, and gracious.

I had an amazing experience with Mesna plastic surgery and aesthetic center. I did a lot of research for rhinoplasty. I chose Dr. Mesna for two big reasons. First, Dr. Mesna’s work is natural which was really important to me. I looked at photos of rhinoplasty patients on different plastic surgeon’s websites throughout the twin cities and felt his work was one of the best. Secondly, he is genuinely kind and makes the process from start to finish feel manageable. Nose surgery can feel scary because it’s a big deal and right on the center of your face, but he was straightforward, honest, and transparent about the process making me feel at ease. He kindly answered all my questions, never making me feel silly about what I asked. My wife came with me to many of my appointments and commented on how great he was to work with as a spouse of a patient. The surgery itself went so smoothly and I am ecstatic about the results. It’s exactly what we discussed, what I imagined, and my nose looks incredibly natural. Additionally, the entire staff at Mesna is incredible. We worked a lot with Dominique and she was wonderful. My wife and I would walk in and they would immediately greet us by our first names (before even making it up the stairs!) making us feel welcomed and cared for. I’m so grateful I found such a great place. I highly recommend Dr. Mesna and his team!

Dr. Mesna is an expert in his field and gives great results. He has 10/10 bedside manner. He takes the extra time to give a great result. I recommend him for your plastic surgery needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I have had several procedures with this Dr and he is genuine, honest and very good at all that he does. I had researched for quite a while on real self and some after pictures were not at all the results that I wanted. Some incisions and scars looked awful. I am shocked that my incision is right where my c-section scar was, very low and you can hardly see it. So pleased with my results!!

I hated the contour of my chin/neck before. I am genetically predisposed to a thick fat pad under my chin and loose neck skin. So by my mid-thirties I was already looking for help in these areas. I was so embarrassed of my turkey neck I would hide behind my hair. Even at the gym I would avoid putting my hair in a ponytail because I felt like my biggest flaw was on full display. Dr. Mesna suggested lipo with renuvion skin tightening which delivered awesome results.The procedure was weird because I was awake but numb. So I could feel the cannula under my skin but I'd describe the sensation as uncomfortable and off-putting but not exactly painful. There was some bruising, swelling, and numbness during the healing process, all of which resolved. After the procedure I could see an immediate reduction in the fullness under my chin and a gradual tightening of my skin over the following 3 months. A year after my lipo I asked Dr. Mesna how I could continue to improve upon the contour of my jawline and address some horizontal neck lines that have become more prominent recently.He suggested a hybrid fractional laser called Halo. The Halo treatment was a bit painful to be honest. It was mostly tolerable but towards the end of each section being treated I was starting to clench the sides of my chair from the heat building on my skin. After the procedure my skin felt sunburned and there was a lot of swelling.Then the brown spots came to the surface and started to peel off. The area right under my chin had some puss that even crusted over too. It was pretty disgusting! It took about a week and a half for the skin to heal. I'm happy with the added tightness in my jawline and right under my chin. I am surprised to see continuous improvement every day and am told the results should continue to improve for another 3 months.

Dr. Mesna is great! We tried the new "Renuvion" procedure to help with minor loose tummy skin from having a child. Works amazing as alternative to mini tummy tuck and you can avoid the scar! H He makes you feel safe and addresses your concerns with science.

I did my due diligence searching for a doctor to perform what I thought would be laser lipo. I came to Dr Mesna after coming to terms that lipo MAY not be my best course. He was so incredibly caring, he explained ALL my options, he said laser lipo may be an option, but thoroughly explained other procedures. As it tuned out, lipo, was not my best course. Dr.Mesna made me (and my husband) feel super comfortable with my decision to have a mini extended tummy tuck (no muscle repair involved). My surgery went very smooth it was honestly only mildly uncomfortable, the small amount of lipo on my flanks and abdomen was more sore than the tummy tuck! Dr. Mesna is the most thorough, smart, kind, sincere man, I simply cannot say enough kind things about him. I would recommend him and his friendly staff 100%!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Mesna! I got smart lipo and I've only a month into recovery and seeing great results already with more to come. He takes time with each patient himself (doesn't just have his nurses do a questionnaire with you, etc). Makes you feel comfortable before and after the procedure with minimal nerves or issues. So excited to see my full results in a couple months. HIGHLY recommend him for any/all procedures. He knows what he's doing! Updated on 29 Jan 2020: Loved Mesna from start to finish! I was very unhappy with the look of my double chin from the front and side views and really wanted a change. The process was very easy with a small procedure, about an hour in length in and out. I saw results after a couple months and since 5 months later i'm still seeing week to week results and tightness. Dr Mesna always took the time to answer any questions and was such a great doctor! I would recommend them for any service, he has years of experience to prove his expertise!
