Dr. G. & his staff were amazing from the beginning! His nurse was so informative & supportive throughout the consultation. Dr. G. Was thorough with all aspects of the procedure & very supportive as well. I never felt pressured in the consultation & loved their enthusiasm for this big step for me (even though they see it every day). They love what they do! I'm so happy I chose Dr. G. and his team. It was a positive experience with amazing results! --Also I have called with questions post surgery & I am always put through to nurse immediately. They care about their patients!

The staff as well as Dr. made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, this made it easier to ask all the questions I wanted answered along with those that I did not think about myself but they brought up. They take the time to discuss options and make sure you have chosen the right thing for you. Dr.Gervais got me in right away for my consulation. Scheduled the surgery 6 weeks later. Nurses were awesome. They called me the night after surgery to see how I was doing. I had NO pain. Dr.Gervais is the best doctor hands down. I dont know if I would have been able to do it with any other doctor!! The staff was great the day of surgery. Dr.Gervais is the best doctor hands down!!

He seemed the most qualified and I was very comfortable with his staff as well. I am a happily married woman in my early 40's. After having 3 children and nursing them all I decided I wanted to do something for myself. I started researching everything I could about breast augmentation. After looking at over 700 before and after pictures of woman on the internet I choose 3 doctors to make appts with. The first doctor, (NOT DR. GERVAIS), was extremely rude, pompass, and self absorbed. He looked at the 2 photos I had brought, (showing him my desired look after surgery) and he told me my expectations were not realistic, He was very insulting about it to make matters worse. My husband had come with me and was horrified by the whole experience. I decided to keep the other 2 appts I had scheduled with other doctors. In the end, it was obvious that Dr. Gervais was the one to do my surgery. He looked at my 2 photos and told me that they were very realistic and he was very certain he could give me the look I wanted. He was kind, professional, patient, and pleasantly confident. His staff was wonderful too. I later found numerous people that had used Dr. Gervais as well and were all very happy. In the end, I cannot tell you how wonderful I look and feel. Dr. Gervais gave me just what I wanted. I would not change a thing! Oh, and my husband thanks him too! :):) I hope by writing this I can save other woman from all the hassle and research that I had to go through to find such a wonderful doctor. I still wake up each morning thankful that I had the guts to have the surgery. God bless those of you reading this and to you Dr. Gervais for the beautiful work that you do!

All I have to say is... I don't know why I waited so long. Best decision I have ever made. I feel like a girl again! I had a lift and augmentation, and I feel so happy and confident again. I had nursed three children and it really took a toll on my breasts. Dr. Gervais really knows what he is doing, he described what exactly would happen as I was healing. Dr. Garvais and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The consultation was very informative and easy to schedule. On the day of my surgery, it was like a well-oiled machine. Everyone had a job and did it very efficiently. I normally have problems with anesthesia (feeling sick) and had NONE with this procedure. My follow up care has so far been great too. I'd definitely refer my friends/family to Dr. Garvais - and I'd definitely go back if I wanted more procedures. Also, my results are amazing. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

i had to have my surgery redone 2 years later. when new surgeon opened me up . saw that mnuscles and nerves were reattached improperly by Dr G. 2 hour surgery turned into 4 1/2 hours..Lucky my new surgeon did not charge me more for this

I really appreciate the whole office and staff with Dr. Gervais. They are all so helpful and accommodating. Plus, all that withstanding, I think Dr. Gervais is an amazing Dr. Highly skilled, confident, nice, and at the days end, all I really wanted was to be super happy with my results, and you know what? I am. Although the office building that houses the Minneapolis Plastic Surgery office is somewhat outdated, who really cares about that? I wanted a good doctor, a good experience, and good results, and that is exactly what I got. They have some really special, caring, and sincere auxiliary staff as well. Plus, I liked that the whole office didn't feel too fancy or pretentious - if that is what you are looking for, you won't feel out of place here, its just that that isn't the primary focus per se. On a side note - BEST ANESTHESIA EVER - no nausea. Truly - their combo of drugs yields a 1 - 2 % nausea rate - that is so low - unbelievable. I couldn't imagine anything worse post-surgery than throwing up so this is huge. I really admire Dr. Gervais for his amazing skills - you won't be disappointed.
