The company that makes Latisse does state that there are a certain percentage of people that will not get results. If you tried it for 12 weeks and did not see any results then likely you are one of these people. It is unfortunate as this has been a product that most women really like. As to the reason, I have not seen any information on this.

Is It Safe to Use Latisse After Blepharoplasty? I had asian double eyelid surgery 1.5 weeks ago and I wanted to know if it was safe to use Latisse after blepharoplasty and how soon I can use it if so. Thank you very much in advance.

Latisse can be used safely after eyelid surgery. Wait until your incisions are healed completely, use the product as directed and make sure you let your surgeon know that you are using the product.
