I never wanted to change anything about my face excepts the extra skin in my eyelids. When I smiled, my eyes would looked as if they were closed. It had gotten worst as I got older. At age 33, and 3 kids later, I finally could afford the eyelid surgery. It's been one of the best decisions I've made!!! more
Going for pre-surgery consult this week - I have done laser resurfacing in the past with this PS. Had a consult for a blepharoplasty with the same PS last fall and obtained a quote but they asked that I come in again for another consultation. I just took these pre-op pics with and (eek) without makeup. Surgery is scheduled for March 31st. I am not sure if others who have had blepharoplasty... more
The Staff and Dr. Jennifer L. Harrington, M.D. gave me a wonderful experience and the procedure was excellent. The provided me with brochures, documentation, and complete instructions for Before Surgery, During Surgery and After Surgery. Dr. Harriington kept me informed during the procedure on what she was going to do and what or how it would feel. She made me feel very comfortable and... more
I read posts from others posting their experiences, with several being negative about Dr. Thao. I should have listened. I ended up going in to have upper blepharoplasty done. Plus, he had told me during our... more
Dr, "Sz" & Office Mgr Sharon were both truly Kind & Caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Sz's skill is right on the mark - 100%. I'm amazed at the sincere kindness & comfort given by both. They're professional, down-to-earth & not vulgar (I don't want to Look @ pic's of Naked Women in their advertising.) I will honestly say, from the bottom of my heart "I recommend this... more
I inherited dark circles under the eyes - not very baggy, but dark. My original consult was for lower only. I decided to do upper and lower. I am really glad I did both - I would not have gotten the results I have without both. The lower is better but I still need makeup to cover up the dark color. The good thing is, there is less area to be covered. The upper has really opened up my eyes in a... more
I’m three months post-op from a very depressing upper and lower blepharoplasty. My eyes look uneven, I have wrinkles and excess skin where my bags used to be, and I have dealt with depression over how I look.
For the first month and a half after the operation, I noticed all of these issues intermittently but I didn’t panic because I was still recovering. A friend of mine... more
