I would like to express what a wonderful experience I had with Dr. David Alfonso at the Bengtson Center. After careful review of his credentials and comparing him to other Doctors I chose him to do my Blepharoplasty and Facelift. My eyes look Amazing and I see the transformation with the facelift (It’s only been 2 weeks so I’m still healing and I’d like to point out you must follow the Doctors Orders to achieve maximin results). Dr. Alfonso you are an artist and I highly recommend you for all plastic surgery needs.

I had the privilege of having Dr. David Alfonso perform my tummy tuck with AI lipo at the Bengtson Center, and I can’t express enough how incredible the entire experience was. From my very first consultation, Dr. Alfonso’s calm and assuring demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. His confidence and expertise were immediately apparent, and I knew I was in great hands. The surgery itself was a seamless experience, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Dr. Alfonso’s skill as a surgeon is exceptional; my results look natural and beautiful, with a finish that truly exceeded my expectations. I already feel more confident than I have in the past twenty years! The care didn’t stop at surgery. The nurses at the Bengtson Center were equally amazing, providing top-notch care and making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. I returned to Dr. Alfonso several years after successful breast augmentation for an abdominoplasty, labiaplasty, and submental LipoAI. After just seven weeks I am already thrilled with my results! I was treated with respect, dignity, and compassion during each stage of the pre-op, surgery, and post-op process by every single person I met. The decision for an abdominoplasty with muscle repair was easy; the discussion regarding a labiaplasty was incredibly difficult for me but Dr. Alfonso and his staff were so kind and compassionate that they made the uncomfortable conversation and exam feel "normal". Dr. Alfonso took the time to explain each surgery and recovery in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. My recovery was exactly as he described; I think the use of an interoperative pain block during surgery made a huge difference in my recovery, I only had two uncomfortable days after the pain block wore off. Not only is Dr. Alfonso a skilled surgeon, but he has chosen staff who are the best in their field and so genuine. I am also grateful to the clinical staff for answering questions via email. Knowing I could send a quick email they would answer when they had a minute vs. making a phone call and disrupting someone's day made me more inclined to ask questions rather than turning to Google. If you are considering surgery I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Alfonso.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. David Alfonso! After extensive research for over a year, I chose him for my “Ethnic Rhinoplasty”, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. He truly understood the importance of maintaining a natural look while enhancing my overall look! From the initial consultation to post-op care, Dr. Alfonso and his team (Taja, Meredith, Amanda) were professional, compassionate, and attentive. I felt pampered and cared for from the moment I arrived. Staff and the Doctors are both professional and caring and very good at explaining procedures and making recommendations for your desired look.

Where do I start…from my initial inquiry, to my post op, the staff has been so amazing and sweet. We had issues with my boyfriends leave administrator getting paperwork in on time, and Jillian was so nice and answered pretty quick every single time and got the paperwork done asap. The nurses who checked me in and prepped me in the OR were so nice and comforting (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) and eased my worry, and the anesthesiologist was awesome keeping me calm, I was a little nervous. Dr. Alfonso did my abdominalplasty, breast lift, breast augmentation and lipo; I am 1 week post op and even though there is a huge amount of swelling, I am so incredibly happy with my results so far. Recovery was minimal pain/discomfort without drains. He listened to my desires of what I wanted and made sure I was aware of real expectations and made me feel so comfortable handling my areas I am most insecure about. I will edit my review as needed and add photos when I am more healed. Thank you Dr. Alfonso and the Bengston team for making this such a positive experience for me. I look forward to my future experiences with you!!!!

Although I am still early in my healing, I am so grateful for the phenomenal talent and compassion of Dr. Alfonso & his team. I originally didn’t plan on having this procedure, but after meeting with Dr. Alfonso, along with a subsequent conversation to address concerns- I was confident in my choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient & kind. I especially appreciated his honest opinion, delivered in a way where I felt no pressure. I will update with final results after I’m healed, along with a review for additional procedures. If you are like me and tend to be very nervous about moving forward with elective surgery (and are a very “detail-oriented” person ;)- you will be very happy with choosing Dr. Alfonso.

I recently had a modified facelift and mini brow lift with dr Alfanso. This is my second procedure within 7 months! He did a fantastic job. I did look at others just to make sure ...I found great doctors that were lower priced but I felt dr Alfanso would give me the most natural look. For me, if a body looks a little fake...I don’t care...but face CANT! Super happy with the results! It was a little tougher than I thought but it was only a few days of pain. I didn’t experience any problems and didn’t even bruise very much. Again, the surgical center is wonderful and they have the nicest nurses and anesthesiologists. Surgical center can’t be better! Also the scheduling and person who does pricing were very patient and kind.

November 16,2020 I underwent a pretty extensive surgical procedure with dr Alfanso. I had very large implants that were no longer desirable aesthetically or physically. I had breast implants for 26 years (2 sets). I heard great things about Bengtson center and initially booked with Dr Bengtson. I decided I wanted a few more areas worked on so I had to book w Dr Alfanso. My consultation was very good and left feeling in good hands. The young nurse was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr Alfanso was reassuring that he would give me a good result. Because I was having much smaller implants w a lift, the dr felt it was best to drain the implants and let my skin rest prior to surgery. On day of drain the surgical nurse was extremely kind knowing it was a pretty traumatic experience ( I had no boobs left! Just crinkled bags under my skin!). So, my surgery included breasts, and decided to get rid of some excess skin. I didn’t need a tummy tuck but I had a scar revision ( csection and hysterectomy) in which the doctor was able to remove some excess skin. I also had a thigh lift in which my thigh was cut inside along the groin area. Surgery went well. The nurses and staff at the surgical center are the best. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!! My breast were no big deal. Didn’t bother me at all right from start. I think had I just done that...I would have been back to normal the next day!! Lol. The thigh and stomach were pretty tough. I am maybe not best w pain, plus I am 52, and had thyroid cancer year before. I am hypothyroid and probably don’t heal as quickly as others may. 5 months later I am starting to feel like I am able to move normally. I do have swelling on my stomach and legs are tight but much better. I did have concerns during healing and the surgical nurses were great. Again, the surgery center is fantastic! My results are very good and feel if you want a beautiful, natural result..dr Alfanso will deliver that for you. I will prob do YouTube videos to talk more extensively as it’s hard to find information about the thigh lift.

My experience with Dr. Alfonso was great. He did a great job understanding the look I was going for and explained how we could achieve that look. Dr. Alfonso made me feel very comfortable and at ease at the consultation and on the day of surgery. His staff were all very friendly too! I would recommend him 10/10 times. I am still only three weeks post op but am already loving my results.
