Dr Masri has gone above and beyond! He has an attitude that really says that once you're in the door, you're a patient and he will do the best he can for you. I only paid for one area, with a coupon no less, and he spent three hours perfecting the surgery on the table. He was determined to make it perfect. He also made me feel comfortable from the get-go, and I thought he had a wonderful bedside manner. He and his staff have been amazing, and I couldn't recommend him more!

I have been going to this clinic a very long time. Even though was talked into something i didn't go there to get i really think everyone at the clinic feels really bad for me and they are doing everything they can to fix it at no charge. They just have not found the right procedure.

Dr. Masri is a nice person, and I believe he cares for his patients. I do have a problem, however, with his assistant, Rebecca. She is strong on the upsell. Beware. I went in for a consultation one month prior and got pricing from Dr. Masri. Then, AFTER I had the procedure done Rebecca insisted that the doctor misquoted the price. This resulted in her and I haggling over the bill, as I'm sitting there holding ice on my face. Very unprofessional. So I left after paying the higher price. I called to discuss it with her but I was dismissed. I would love to have talked to Dr. Masri about it but I really don't want to put forth the effort. He's not THAT good. This is not the first time that Rebecca has upped the price on me. Sometimes Dr. Masri will charge $10/unit for Botox, but if he's running a "special" the price will be higher. Rebecca did this to me. When I questioned the price she sat down and did the math on paper and insisted that I was still getting a good deal. I should have left, but I'd already taken time out of my day, had the appointment scheduled weeks in advance, and was looking forward to getting the Botox. So I paid the higher price. Rebecca is a representative of the doctor. As such, because she remains employed there, the doctor is as culpable as she is. I've moved on to a better doctor.
