Does Neck Lift Help Improve the Jawline? I`m wondering whether a neck lift improves the look of the far edges of the jawline? Is there any procedure that lifts to the jawline or does that mean a full lower face lift?

A: Extended neck lift

Typically a necklift only addresses the neck. However, with perhaps only about 20 minutes of extra surgery the incision can be extended about 3 cm and the jawline can be addressed. I do this on almost all necklifts now because it would be ridiculous not to address the jawlines , or jowls, with essentially the same recovery. The additional cost is very minimally more to this called an "extended neck lift". Minimal meaning under a 1000 dollars.
