This man is an artist. He surpassed my expectations. His staff people are caring and efficient. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end. (Except it hurt a lot, but that's not his fault.)

Hello, I am a 22 year old male who got into an accident and was not only left with two broken arms but also with a broken nose that changed the way my "old" nose looked like and needed surgery a few months after my accident. It was a little cricked and had a bump/hump on the top/bridge of my nose. After I had the surgery Dr. Fetchner made my nose back to the original or if not better than it was before. The staff members are very respectful and Dr. Fetchner is a very nice guy to talk to. I was very nervous to have the surgery, however, I am very glad I did it and very happy at the way it came out.

I had been going to day spas for years and found that Dr. Fechner gave me a better look at about the same price. He is able to do more with the injections of fillers with less filler. I have never ever gotten this many compliments. I'm almost 50 and look 40 thanks to him. He's gentle, thoughtful and an artist at heart. I can not recommend him enough. I feel and look better than I ever have in my life. DN

Ultherapy
I chose this doctor because not many offer Ultherapy in my area. There was a doctor who was closer to me but he was a GP who added facial plastic surgery to his repertoire. I wanted a doctor who was Board certified in facial plastic surgery. I had an initial session with Dr. Fechner before scheduling the procedure and I looked at any on-line ratings of him that I could find.

The staff at Dr. Fechner's office is wonderful and I thought I was going to need a very expensive procedure. This kind, honest doctor charged me less then 10 percent of what I thought I would have to pay using a non surgical procedure that gave me nearly the same results. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the end result. I feel like a new person. I would recommend him 100 percent. All staff have been A+++!!!! I will return for any other procedures I would want to do in the future.
