I just had my Ultherapy today. I am 60 years old and want to explore all non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation. I opted to have my entire face and neck done. I went today ulthera on lower face and neck. I am not a stranger to treatments, have had fraxel, cool sculpture, laser hair removal, and so really did not expect this to be an issue. I had read that many people experienced some degree of pain, but haven spoken to several people at the doctors office, it sounded like it would be tolderble.

I had Ulthera for brows/eyes today. First off I recommend having a local as well as pain medication as the brow area is the most sensitive area.It feels like lots of tiny injections of hot wax shooting up to your scalp. I had just a local, and while it helps it is simply not enough for the this area. I have a very high tolerance to pain and this really was painful...not uncomfortable..really... more
