I went to Raffi because he is known as the BEST person for revision rhinoplasty. He certainly is. I am so happy with the results and I am shocked how amazing my nose looks!!!! He is truly amazing and a true artist. Well worth it, I would recommend Dr. D to everyone highly. I think he is the best in the country!!!

I have known Dr. Der Sarkissian for over 12 years as he was the Plastic Surgeon I went to to fix the complications I had from a Rhinoplasty 5 years earlier. His pleasant personality, positive bed side manner, and documented talent as a surgeon was what made me chose him for my Revision Rhinoplasty. Given this positive experience, I opted to have Dr. D perform an elective lower face and neck lift. If you are looking for results that look completely natural and not overdone, I would absolutely go to him. Over the course of twelve years, his office staff remains constant and the are the most helpful and caring team I have ever encountered working in a medical office. I would recommend Dr. Der Sarkissian to anyone considering a facial plastic procedure, revision surgery, or surgery to correct a traumatic injury. He is the best in the Boston area!

High ratings because he is amazing! He was referred to me by a family friend. I went to see Dr. Raffi Der Sarkissian, referred by a family friend. He is so sweet and helpful. He told me exactly what he saw and his plan on fixing it. I was completely comfortable with him and completely confident he would do an amazing job. After seeing computer generate pictures, I was sold. Dr. D is an artist.
Poor Rhinoplasty Results - Boston, MA

I did not get what I asked for from the Rhinoplasty. I was clear that I don't want any change to my naso-labial angle and the tip (projection of the tip). What I got is upturn nose, very obtuse naso-labial angle, no defined tip (like if it was amputated). The surgery simulation on the computer before the surgery has nothing to do with the actual results. I regret the surgery, It is causing me too much depression and low self steam. My advice, be cautious if you are considering Rhinoplasty, don't trust computer imaging.
