After weight loss I still was not happy with my body because of that mushroom like tummy,I just wanted my tummy become flat, get rid of excess fat on my back and sagging skin on my inner thighs. After delivery my whole body shape changed and I haven't seen and felt myself beautiful ever after...well till i had my surgery done:) Well, first of all I want to tell you about my MAGICIAN, yes he is a magician!!! First visit was MORE THAN ENOUGH TO DECIDE TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS DOCTOR!!! + i had met another surgeons before Dr.Darrow but none of them made me feel so confident and safe . When I explained him my situation that I weighted 258 lbs and in last 3 months lost 53 pounds(at the day of surgery i was 205 lbs,) he asked me about my desired weight , my goal, and as I'm not really good in converting kg to pounds i told him by mistake 195 instead of 175-180. His answer was just what you could expect from PROFESSIONAL who cares about your feelings and your safety, but not financial benefit, he told me you better keep loosing weight for couple more months and when you reach your desired weight,and feel ready we can schedule a surgery, so it would be easier and less harmful for your body just to remove excess skin after weight loss. .then I explained him that i'm tight in time and have it to be done ASAP. As I had seen another surgeon before meeting him that told me he will perdorm lower body lift and only upper back liposuction (and asked me to pay 21,972 $USD in 2 days and only after that they will try to arrange a time for my surgery, ) i asked Dr.Darrow if he will do lower body lift , he told me he wouldn't do that because i have lost weight but my skin is not loose nor sagging on my lower back and buttocks and it will be pretty heavy to lift , "YOUR SAFETY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ME, if you have lower body lift post surgery period would be a nightmare, you won't be able to sit or lay down because of severe pain " (now i understand how TRUE it is ). He told me that he will perform extended abdominoplasty ( tummy tuck with extended incision) and aggressive liposuction on my upper and lower back and just above my buttocks, also i decided to have a breast lift w/reduction.When i asked about inner thigh lift he told me it is too risky to have all of those surgeries done at the same time because incision of inner thigh will be just about few mm under Tummy tuck incision and could cause serious problems to me after surgery .So we postponed it to 6 months later I had ten thousand questions and concerns but after first appointment i knew exactly THIS IS MY SURGEON!!!! the most important reason i choose Dr.Darrow is that he cares for my safety first but not the financial benefits,REAL DOCTOR!!! He told me not to worry about the proportions after surgery done, because he will do a body contouring . . I was so excited couldn't wait those 5 days to pass after first visit.Whenever i called his clinic having any questions his assistant , awesome lady Helen always was very kind and helpful. unlike many other doctors in US Dr.Darrow calls you back for post surgery follow up , and even having questions before surgery he was answering my questions himself, what made me even more confident about surgery, in case if i have a trouble or emergency call i would be able to reach him! and... The day of surgery... Surgery was successful !!! I spent 2 nights in recovery room . On the day after surgery they told me to stand up and walk a bit otherwise i could have problems with veins on my legs. it was terrible as i had been "re-created" from back of my neck to my buttocks :))) but it worth it!!! ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!! healing process was fast and great results made me happier from day to day. On my second post surgery visit to Dr.Darrow's clinic i told him and his awesome assistant Helen about my new problem "Before surgery i was so nervous and aggressive at myself when i went for a shopping because nothing fitted and looked good on me, but now my new problem is i can't decide which one to buy because they all look so great on me!!! my husband already started to complaint about how much money i spend on shopping :))))) That was so great to hear they laughs while i was heading to the exit door :))))well even it worth it, it is my favorite problem and would love it to last foreverrrr!!! So happy of my choice!!! Thanks a lot Dr. Darrow.!!!! I expected good results but i i could never imagine about THIS NEW ME I am happy with !!!!! I'll load pictures later on , because i don't have any BEFORE pictures scanned , have to ask Dr.Darrow to send them to me so it could be easier to compare. Think 1000000 times choosing your surgeon, it's better to pay additional 200-300 $ to meet few more surgeons than ending up with bad results which not worth your money risk and disappointment. I would highly recommend Dr.Darrow.

I had a tummy tuck after many years of hating my sagging belly due to having three children. Finally at the age of 43 I was able to get the surgery I so desperately wanted, When I met with Dr. Darrow I thought I had died and went to heaven, he took one look at me and mapped out exactly what I needed. He is truly gifted in his skill. I am so happy with my results, I couldn't of asked for more.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Darrow. From the moment I met him, I knew he was who I would choose to perform the procedure, after seeing another surgeon and lots of research. He was wonderful. Very smart, very connected to you during times of consult, totally focused. Answered all questions thoroughly. Wait time was minimal. Fantastic secretary. The procedure went off without a hitch, and I got excellent results that I am so happy with. My breasts are as close to perfect as possible, and he sized them dead on. They match my size and frame perfectly. Definitely consider this man if you are looking for a top notch plastic surgeon.

Dr.Darrow is kind,caring and professional. He answers any and all questions you may ask him and never makes you feel like you are keeping him from anything or anyone else. After my surgery I called his office for some questions I had regarding my medication and never expected to speak to him directly, but he got on the phone and answered my questions again.

Dr.Darrow and his secretary Helen are both SO kind and helpful during my recovery of my BA I got almost a month ago. I did extensive research before I chose my plastic surgeon for this procedure and my 1st and only consultation with Dr.Darrow made it perfectly clear that he was the one. I couldn't be happier with my results so far. I explained/showed exactly what I was looking for and so far I can see that Dr.Darrow's specialties have helped me achieved my goal. Not to mention, I traveled almost 2hrs away for my consultation, procedure, and follow ups after my BA and him and Helen have been so accommodating to my work schedule and travel time. Dr. Darrow is extremely polite and made me feel completely comfortable, explained in detail what to expect in regards to what I should expect to feel after the surgery. He spent as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and make sure that all my needs were met before proceeding with the procedure. I was able to get an appointment with in a few weeks and his secretary helen also kept in touch with me. I have never met a more personable person. She not only books the appointments but also takes the time to know you personally which made my experience that much better. After the surgery Dr. Darrow himself called me several times to see how I was recooperating and my pain management level. My experience was amazing and I would absolutely recommed it to anyone.

I had my tummy tuck done by Dr. Darrow several months ago and I could not be happier. I had seen his work on many other people and his attention to detail was my reason for choosing him. Dr. Darrow has a friendly, relasec manner and immediately made me feel at ease. He discussed what the surgery would entail clearly and concisely from A to Z. I was given an honest opinion of what I could expect. He listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed each one. My surgery was at his private surgical facility where I received exceptional care. Dr. Darrow personally called me the next day after the surgery to be sure I was fine and to answer any questions I had. I thought this was a nice touch. Dr Darrow is very skilled surgeon (which is important) but, just as important.... he's compassionate, honest, down to earth and takes the time to answer all your questions. I never felt "rushed" or "pressured" with Dr Darrow or his staff.
