I am 42 5'2" & about 130 pounds. I had breast implants 20 yrs ago. They encapsulated and caused me lots of complications. I got them replaced & removed 4 years later. I now have uneven breast - 1 A cup & 1 AA cup & they are different shapes now. My question is -since Im not a candidate for implants, would you recommend fat grafting for me if I only want to inject fat into the smaller breast (AA) so that it can be the same size & shape as the (A) cup? How much fat would I need? thanks!
Breast Augmentation using Fat Transplantation is a good approach for patients who have had problems with implants (you) and for patients with breast Asymmetry (you again). We have a large experience with this technique and first published our results in the Journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (see link).

i am Asian and I have dark circles under my eye. I'd like to do arcus release and fat grafting (open fat grafting). Are there in europe doctors who do this same treatment?
The depression beneath the lower eyelid called the dark circle under the eye is caused by the attachment of the Arcus Marginalis which holds the lower eyelid skin tightly to the bone. This allows the skin and fat of the lower eyelid above the Arcus to fall over and create a shadow-the Dark Circle.
I release the Arcus Marginalis and place a Fat Graft under direct vision beneath the arcus and thus plump the depression beneath the lower eyelid and lessen the Dark Circle.
Attempts at injecting fat typically fail because the Injected Fat is forced above or below the Arcus Marginalis attachment resulting in either puffiness of the lower eyelid, or fullness below the Dark Circle which worsens the Dark Circle
I Am 7 Weeks After my Full Face Fatgrafting and the Fat is Almost All Gone is This Normal?
Although fat grafting is thought of as an ideal filler, as it is a patient`s own tissue, it can be somewhat unpredictable. Viability of the fat cells is dependent on the tissue becoming revascularized and is probably best done by multiple injections of small amounts of fat. The procedure is very technique-dependent and is an area of significant interest and research in plastic surgery, presently.
