Dr. Chang is nothing more then amazing!! I have not one negative word to say about him, after interviewing many Plastic Surgeons he was by far the best! I had a breast augment with Dr. Chang, he is an amazing surgeon with the best bed side manner. You truly feel cared about being one of his patients not just a number. He took his time with me and explained everything from what to plan on before surgery and what to expect post-op. I am so thankful for Dr. Chang and his entire staff for making this procedures so easy for me!! I have refered friends and family to Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and will continue to send more!

Dr. Chang is great, he is very friendly, very understanding, and very disarming. He has a very very non-judgmental attitude and he really just wants to help you feel your best. He is an honest surgeon, he will tell you straight out if he thinks a procedure is not going to be of any benefit to you or if he thinks you don't need it. He does a lot (or has done in the past) for children with cleft palates in 3rd world countries, which makes me want to support his practise even more. While Dr. Chang is always nice his front desk staff can sometimes come off a little bit rude, but nothing too serious.

I have known and worked with Dr. Chang for over 5 years. He is a true professional. He truly cares for his patients and gives you his undivided attention. Dr. Chang runs his business with integrity and is a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang and his services.

Dr. Chang is an amazing plastic surgeon who truly cares about his patients. Right from the start Dr. Chang and his staff answered my questions (and I had a lot), were truthful with expectations, sizes and costs. The day of surgery went very well and Dr. Chang was very meticulous in the procedure. As a result I have minimal scarring, size "D" cups, and full breast. Getting breast augmentation was the best thing I've ever done for myself. I love the results, love how I feel, and highly recommend Dr. Chang. I've told all my friends and family about him. If I get anything else done he will be the one to do it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang since the beginning of 2010. From my initial phone call to his staff I was comfortable with their professionalism. I was treated as if they have known me for years. First time I met him I was greeted with a firm hand shake, thereafter with a hug. Dr. Chang is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is a very compassionate, awesome, impecable, attentive, warm, caring and personable human being. I feel very blessed to have him in my team. As a young woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to face bilteral masectomy which is life changing, having a doctor that understood me and my situation made it less scary and my anxiety was put to rest. My family and friends who met him were all impressed by him. They all told me that if they where to have any plastic surgery that he will be the one.

Dr. C was an excellent doctor. I knew from our initial consultation that I wanted him to do my procedure. My only concern was that he is on this site but never responds to breast reduction questions. I was concerned that he wasn't a "breast" expert. He assured me he has done several breast reductions and he has excellent creditials. The first surgeon told me he could do a lollipop incision....I have read several doctors not recommend that for large reductions. Dr. C was honest and told me that he couldn't remove enough tissue and I wouldn't be happy with the results. I love my results and I'm very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend him if you are in the DMV area.
