How to Eliminate Fat Pads by Knees?

will fat pads behind &side of knee be elimited with a thigh lift & will lipo cause spider veins in that area as well? Had a lower body and a thigh lift and now I still have the fat pads by the knee as well as the spider veins which I did not have before

A: Liposuction is great for the fat pads around the knees

Liposuction is very good to remove the excess fat from around the knees. This is frequently done with a thigh lift.

How Should a Medial Thigh Lift Be Done on an Extreme Weight Loss Patient?

How should a Medial thigh lift (inner Thigh) lateral thigh lift anterior thigh lift be done for a person that has lost over 100 pounds. There is a tremendous amount of loose skin especially in the medial thigh area. How evaisive is it,How long does the surgery take. What is the down time, and how should the proceedure be done. Where would the incisions be, ie: down the inner thigh

A: Thigh lift after massive weight loss

After massive weight loss, a vertical thigh lift is routinely done. Even though this results in a scar down the inner leg, it does a great job removing the excess hanging skin.

Can a Woman in Her 60s Have a Medial Thigh Lift?

Can women in their sixties, in good health have extensive procedures such as medial thigh lift with excess skin being excised? Are plastic surgeons reluctant to operate on patients in their sixties when procedures are in excess of 3 hours even if patients are in good health?

A: Surgery can be safely performed in women 60 years and older

You're still so young!  As long as you don't have any other health problems limiting you as to the amount of surgery and anesthesia that you can get, age does not really play a role in deciding whether or not you can have surgery.
