What Sort of Procedure Do I Need For Breasts With Sagging and Volume Loss?

I've lost quite a bit of weight so I have little volume in my breasts and they sag. I'm considering a lift and potentially a small implant to fill them out. I wouldn't mind them being slightly larger, but I want them to still look natural. Not the basketballs taped to my chest sort if thing. What do I need to look for, and around how much would it end up costing?

A: Sagging Breasts with Volume Loss May Require a Lift as well as Implants

Weight loss and childbirth are the two main causes of breast volume loss and sagginess.  In order to correct both of these problems, you may need a lift in addition to breast implants.  Both of the procedures can be done simultaneously, and the implants don't have to be huge.  In fact, you can choose the size of the implants with your plastic surgeon and you can even try on samples to give you an idea of how large your breasts will eventually become.  For the lift, there are basically 3 types:

1.  Around the areola

2.  Lollipop incision

3.  Anchor incision

The type of lift you need depends upon how saggy your breasts are currently.  For the operation, it usually takes around 3 hours and it can be done as an oupatient.  The recovery takes 5-7 days and any discomfort is well controlled with oral pain medicine.

After a Tummy Tuck, Are There Any Long-term Dangers from Traumas to the Stomach, Such As from Impacts or Exercise?

When reading the description of tummy tuck surgery, I read that they "tighten" the muscles, which gives me the impression that something bad may happen if trauma is suffered to the region. After the normal tummy tuck healing period has passed and stiches removed, are there are long-term dangers due to trauma to the stomach, such as from a punch or car accident? Would one be able to do normal exercise or, for instance, spar boxing after such an operation or would activiites need to be limited?

A: Potential risks after a tummy tuck

As far as hurting yourself after a tummy tuck, you shouldn't have any problems from a slight fender bender or mild blunt trauma to the abdomen.  The healing process is pretty much complete after 6 weeks, so any mild injury to the abdominal area shouldn't really harm you.

Am I a Candidate for a Facelift at 32? (photo)

Hi, I'm 32 year old male, constantly dealing with disbelieving looks when I'm asked my age. I think I need a facelift. I know I'm really young for this, but if I look this bad now and a facelift can help, then why wait? I'd like to enjoy some more my (relative) youth... I've attached a picture, the areas I think I need are a facelift for my jowls, fillers or a submalar implant for my hollow cheeks, and simple fillers for my nasolabial folds. Am I a candidate for a facelift? Thanks

A: Fillers may be all that you need instead of a facelift

From what you describe and from you picture, fillers may be all that you need.  Sculptra may actually be perfect for you as it can restore much of the lost volume of your face and fix the nasolabial folds.  Fat grafting may also be good...visit with your plastic surgeon to discuss that details and pros and cons of Sculptra vs fat grafting.
