Am I a Candidate for a Facelift at 32? (photo)

Hi, I'm 32 year old male, constantly dealing with disbelieving looks when I'm asked my age. I think I need a facelift. I know I'm really young for this, but if I look this bad now and a facelift can help, then why wait? I'd like to enjoy some more my (relative) youth... I've attached a picture, the areas I think I need are a facelift for my jowls, fillers or a submalar implant for my hollow cheeks, and simple fillers for my nasolabial folds. Am I a candidate for a facelift? Thanks

A: Fillers may be all that you need instead of a facelift

From what you describe and from you picture, fillers may be all that you need.  Sculptra may actually be perfect for you as it can restore much of the lost volume of your face and fix the nasolabial folds.  Fat grafting may also be good...visit with your plastic surgeon to discuss that details and pros and cons of Sculptra vs fat grafting.

Will a Temporal Lift For Brows And Excess Eyelid Skin Alter the Hairline? (photo)

I am considering a temporal lift to elevate the side of my eyebrows and correct excess skin on upper lids. Will the placing of the incisions alter the hairline in the temple earea?

A: Temporal brow lifting and your hairline

From your picture, it looks as though you have a great hairline to hide any scars.  The incisions for a temporal browlift are usually made right at the hairline, so your hairline should be okay and your hair should do a great job of hiding your scars.

Will a Facelift at 50 Last Through my 60's?

Does it make a difference at which age you get a facelift in terms of how long it will last?

A: A facelift at age 50 can last for years

As long as you're a good candidate for a facelift, age shouldn't really play a role.  A facelift at 50 should last into your 60's, but you may need some touch-up procedures along the way (filler, botox, eyelid rejuventation) in order to maintain a great result.
