What is the best for my case? I have wrinkles on my forhead and betten my eyes.. Please help and thank you for your time
Your eyebrows are shaped very nicely, but both the inner and outer parts appear to be too low. Therefore, you may want to explore a coronal brow lift. Just lifting the outer parts with a temporal lift may give you the "surprised" look.
Is a temporal lift sufficient usually to fix a left eyebrow that's lower than the right? An older doctor said a coronal is needed (though i'd go to someone else who'd do it through endoscopy, if I wanted that. A younger doctor said he'd do a temporal lift through endoscopy? The older doc said temporal lifts don't work that well, but he suggested seeing the younger doc. Track record on temporal lifts?
The lateral temporal brow lift is an excellent way to lift the outer part of the eyebrow. If the inner and outer parts of the eyebrow need to be elevated, then a coronal lift is usually required.
Can an expert tell me how a browpexy differs from the browlift?
A brow lift can be in the form of an endoscopic lift, coronal lift, or temporal brow lift. A brow pexy is most likely direct elevation of the brow via a forehead incision or one that is done through an upper eyelid incision. It's difficult to recommend one for you without actually examining you.
