Best Non Invasive Liposuction for a Morbidly Obese Male?

Hi, I am 285lbs, 5' 10", male, 25 years old. I've exercised and tried diets, nothing seems to work. I was looking at various non invasive liposuction options, as I have to work round the clock on weekdays, and resting at home is not an option, and prefer non surgical or non invasive methods. What is the best and proven non invasive liposuction option available for me ? I have fat male breasts and 52" waistline, pot belly. Losing even 5" would be great. Advance thanks and regards,

A: Non Invasive Liposuction? Does it exist?

There is no such thing as "Non Invasive Liposuction"!  .....No matter what some of the liposuction companies try to tell patients.  All forms of liposuction involves making an incision, usually injecting fluid (Tumescent fluid) then inserting either a liposuction cannula (standard or ultrasonic) or a laser cannula followed by a liposuction cannula.  Once an incision is made and an instrument is inserted under your skin, that is called invasive.  Laser liposuction is more invasive than standard liposuction.  Not only is liposuction still performed, but in addition to that, a laser beam is first inserted and used to burn your fat and heat up your tissues.  That's even more invasive and increases your risk of complications!
CoolSculpting is a non invasive procedure to kill some of your fat cells from the outside, with no incisions, no anesthesia, and no downtime.  But this is best for people who only have small pockets of fat.

I Read That Fat Cells Come Back After Liposuction and Tummy Tuck. Is Weight Loss Harder?

I'm considering a tummy tuck with liposuction. I read the results of a study that the fat cells redistribute after such procedures. My question is do these procedures make weight loss more difficult after surgery? Is there a correlation to the weight of the fat cells removed and weight gain after surgery? What is the optimum bmi of body fat procedure for a tummy tuck? Can Is it possible to achieve optimum results from a tummy tuck with out liposuction of areas such as the flanks?

A: Do you make new fat cells after Tummy Tuck or Lipo? Absolutely Not!

Just because someone tells you something or just because you have read it somewhere, doesn't make it true.  The fact is, the number of fat cells you are born with, (or at least the number you have after puberty) is the same number you will die with.  When you gain weight, they will get larger.  When you lose weight, they will shrink.  They don't multiply and they don't go away.  Those are the facts for normal/healthy, non obese people!  If you gain a lot of weight and become obese, the scientific data shows that you can make new fat cells.   Fat cells can only hold a limited amount of fat.  So, if you keep eating more and more and become obese, your stem cells will begin making new fat cells.  This is science and fact!  Fat cells do not redistribute! Fat cells do not move around your body.  How much fat is stored in your cells can change (or redistribute)  throughout your life.  You may gain more in certain areas when you are young and gain more in other areas when you are older.  But, you do not make new cells unless there is some need for them.
Most patients do not gain weight after a tummy tuck.  Most actually lose additional weight because they look better, feel better and their self confidence gets a boost.  AS far as optimum BMI.... Anywhere below 30 is considered optimum and safe as long as you are in good health.
Liposuction is used to make you slimmer and improve your shape.  TummyTucks are done to tighten skin and muscle.  They are extremely different.  Liposuction of your flanks does not make Tummy Tuck results any better.  It makes your figure better if you need it!

What if You Have Seromas from Ultrasonic Lipo, and You Have Stiches?

I'm now 3 months post op. I had ultrasonic lipo of the abodomen, flanks, arms and chin. I had stitches and I believe there is still seromas, when does this clear up and where does the fliud go? I also noticed that when i wrap tight i still get some swelling on the vagina area!!! when should this be completely healed?

A: seromas can form after any liposuction

there is some data out there that suggests that it may form more commonly after ultrasonic liposuction.  if you feel that you have a seroma, do see your surgeon.  aspiration may be helpful.  as far as swelling, especially in the mons area, this may take a few more months to fully resolve.  don't worry.  the swelling there is quite normal.
