I'm Only 19, Does a Breast Lift Seem "Out of the Question"? (photo)
Somehow my breast have become droopy, saggy, and completely different. I was thinking of getting the surgery to lift them...any advice? I want them to be perky and higher...is this possible with breast like mine? :)
A: 19 year old breastliftIf you are healthy and a good surgical candidate, breast lift would achieve your goals of improved fullness and shape. Women are born with asymmetries and all kinds of breast/nipple shapes and sizes. I would recommend you meet with a Board Certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and look at some representative pre and postoperative photos to better understand the procedure.
Is It Safe To Get a Rhinoplasty Plus Breast Lift At Once?
I am contemplating a rhinoplasty in addition to my scheduled breast lift. My plastic surgeon said it would be safe to do both and would start with the breast lift under twilight sedation, then move on to the rhinoplasty switching to general anethesia. Is this common and low risk on a healthy adult?
A: Combining rhinoplasty and breastliftAs long as you are healthy the combination surgery should be fine. You may want to understand why 2 different anesthetics are necessary - seems like general anesthesia the whole way through would be a good option.
I Have Decided To Go Forward With Lift w/ Implants, How Much Time Will This Add to Recovery?
I just want to say thank you to all who have responded to my first post. I was just in shock to hear that my breasts were that bad. until I took the pictures My partner and I were unaware just how asymetrical my breasts actually are. I have decided that I am going to go ahead with the lift, I just hope that I can achieve my look without a vertical scar. (I'm hoping he will be able to just lift around the areola?) how much longer will the lift add to my recovery. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all that took time to help.
A: Time of periareolar mastopexyThis should maybe add 1-1.5 hours to your breast augmentation, or less, depending on what your plastic surgeon needs to do. Please talk to your surgeon to get the most accurate answer, to assess duration of operation as well as which procedure would be best for your breast lift (i.e. if vertical scar necessary)
