What is a more popular procedure for male breast reduction these days? Are the results from liposuction appealing to men? Or does a breast lift give the surgeon more control over the end result? What is the most recommended way to go?
The days of breast lifts for male breast reduction are in my opinion long gone. I think a liposuction can give an excellent result in over 99% of patients. If you have particularly droopy skin you may be a breast lift candidate but the whole point of the surgery, to have you take your shirt off, is lost with the resul;tant scars.
when i bend my nipples and my chest sink. can be fixed by going to gym?
This condition can occur if too much of the breast tissue has been removed. No amount of exercise will improve this. Fat injections once healing is coplete may help.
i had gynecomastia and a tummy tuck surgery 3 weeks ago, my doctor said he did liposuction, removed breast tissue and skin from around the nipples. yet i don't see much difference is that normal? or was the operation a flop? and i still have one breast larger than the other,the tummy tuck was acceptable i thought. what would you suggest and thanks in advance for your help
with liposuction you will have significant swelling. be patient. wear your compression garment. you will need to weight a good 3 months-6 months before analyzing your results. You likely still have swelling, and a lot of it will improve.
