Seeking Full Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Breast Implants- What Will Happen To My Tattoos? (photo)

I am 5'11 170lbs & I have had one child. I do not plan to have more children in the future. My concern is what will happen w/my rib cage tattoos, The angle of the photos presented will show you the placement of the art work vs the stretchmarks I've acquired. Please explain how they will be effected, which stretchmarks will likely still be visible after surgery,& your recommendations for breast augmentation (currently 36C with L Inverted Nipple). 

Please advise me specifically about possible tattoo removal, stretching, etc. Also, with the photos I've listed do you feel I will still have visable stretchmarks after the tummy tuck? Would laser lypo or the traditional lypo be the best option for my situation? I am seeking a surgeon with an artists hand
A: Tummy Tuck and Liposuction

Fortunately, your tattoos are on an area of skin that will not be removed during the tummy tuck.  Aside from some stretching of the skin, they should be minimally affected by your procedure.  It looks like you have stretch marks that go above your belly button.  The lower stretch marks will be removed by the tummy tuck, but these higher stretch marks will likely remain.

A: Late bruising It is not uncommon for blood to make it's way to the surface late after a procedure like liposuction. You may have noticed that the color also progresses from deep blue to green to yellow before the bruise fades completely. Increased activity and less time in the post-liposuction garments may allow these deeper pockets of blood to finally surface. Always play it safe if you have concerns by following up with your surgeon.

What is the Difference Between Fat Being Above the Muscle or Under the Muscle on Stomach?

will it effect the outcome of a full tummy tuck w/lipo flanks?
A: Fat above and below the muscle I agree that the fat below the muscle cannot be addressed with any plastic surgery procedure. A tummy tuck will address extra skin and fat above the muscle, but the final contour of your waist will be greatly limited by the fat below the muscle. For the best result, you need to loose the extra weight first.
