A: Explantation

The real issue is the amount of skin and breast tissue you had prior to augmentation. If you were somewhat droopy prior to your augmentation and the purpose of the implant was to fill your envelope, you will still be somewhat droopy and may require a breast lift. If your skin was tight and the augmentation provided volume and was not to address an empty envelope you may return to your preaugmentation appearance.
