Procedures I'm known for

Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
If you’re self-conscious about the size or shape of your nose or have difficulty breathing, you might consider rhinoplasty surgery. In the U.S., hundreds of thousands of people undergo this surgery each year for cosmetic or reconstructive reasons, including straightening a crooked nose, enhancing facial balance, and fixing breathing issues. At my Baltimore practice, I use two main nose surgery techniques: open and closed rhinoplasty. Open rhinoplasty provides a full view of the nose structure and allows for more precision during comprehensive nose jobs. Closed rhinoplasty, which keeps incisions hidden inside the nose, is used for minor changes to the tip. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns and I will recommend the best technique to achieve a new nose that creates better balance with all of your facial features.
Face and Neck Lifts
As we grow older, signs of aging are often most evident on the face. Facelifts help reverse those signs by tightening loose skin, lifting underlying tissues, smoothing wrinkles and lines, and restoring volume where needed. After a facelift, you’ll look refreshed and 10–15 years younger, without an unnatural or “too tight” appearance. There are many different types of facelift procedures. At my Baltimore practice, I most commonly perform a special technique called a composite facelift. I believe this procedure is more effective than traditional facelift techniques in restoring sagging in the mid-face, and it successfully avoids the dreaded wind-tunnel look. In my opinion, it creates the most balanced and natural look possible. For patients who want a more youthful, sculpted neck, I also offer neck liposuction, cervicoplasty, and neck lifts.
