Dr. Chappell exceeded my expections on the removal of my 30 year old implants...we replaced with smaller implants and he preformed a lift. My breasts were a mess and they are now amazing! I highly recommend him.

I lost approximately 60 pounds in 2 years with diet and exercise. I was happy with my progress, but had a lot of skin. The thing I looked at most with surgeons and tummy tucks was how they reconstructed belly buttons. I cannot get over how natural my results are and now confidently wear a bikini. I was also pleasantly surprised how easy recovery was!

I have had 2 multiples procedures with Dr. Chappell. My second procedure was a breast lift with implant removal. I could I do not be happier. Dr. Chappell did an amazing job with minimal scarring and virtually no pain. If you are looking for an incredibly talented and with a wonderful bedside manner, you should see him. Hello, I wanted to take the time to do a review on Cool Mini. I had this procedure done on 8/7/18 at Annapolis Plastic Surgery, which is located in the Sajak building at Anne Arundel medical center. I want to first say that I never do reviews, but the service provided here was world class and the office was very clean, so I wanted to do a quick write up. I first met with Dr. Ambro and discussed my concerns, He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on expensive stuff I didn’t need. I ended up choosing to do the MiniCool for a problem area under my chin. Today I had the pleasure of working with LeeAnn Berman, (the Aesthetic Nurse) who has been doing cool sculpting since 2012. Now I’ve read a lot of reviews leading up to this procedure on this very site that can really cast a lot of fear on MiniCool. I suffer from anxiety so I know first hand how the mind can really run off with this stuff. First, fear comes from the unknown, should I trust an online review? Or should I trust the medical professionals who have hospital access? A lot of my anxiety and fears were really diminished after the LeeAnn put my worries to rest. So, did it hurt? I would say it feels uncomfortable at first as the area starts to cool, but shortly goes numb within the first 5 Minuets. The discomfort is really just about being cold than it is about pain, it’s more of an annoyance than anything. For the next 40 mins you can watch Netflix on their large tv while bundled up, gives a new meaning to Netflix and chill LOL. During this time you aren’t aloud to speak or move so the machine doesn’t lose suction. Every 10 mins or so LeeAnn would come by to make sure I was ok, but I had a buzzer for her incase I needed her immediately. Now that I had finished the treatment it was time for the machine to come off and here’s where people say it’s the most painful. They have to massage the area right after pulling the machine off and it’s uncomfortable. The best way to describe this is like rubbing a scrape. (Less pain than getting a tattoo) Now this did sting but here’s the thing, it only lasts for maybe 3-5 mins and it’s completely gone. Now idk about you, but I’ve spent more than 3-5 minuets in pain staring in the mirror at my double chin trying to build my confidence up to go out and meet people. As a matter of fact I usually grow a beard just to hide it. I promise you it doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as you think it will going into it and you’ll be happy you actually did it. Pain was a 3/10. At the end Dr. Chappell took time to ask me about my experience, again I just feel like they delivered world class service. So for anyone reading this that might be on the fence I would say it’s worth it and I would do it again. I’m probably going to do my love handles next with cool sculpting. I look forward to seeing the results and will post here again in 4 months.

After having breast reduction surgery with Dr. Chappell four months ago, I regret that I did not do this years ago. I am absolutely delighted with the results thanks to Dr. Chappell's excellent skills. In addition to being an amazing surgeon, he is a very caring person who listened to my concerns with compassion and understanding. He is surrounded by a wonderful staff of people who are also very kind and professional. The recovery from this surgery was surprisingly easy with very little pain. Having my breast reduction has been life-changing for me. I am more comfortable and am delighted to have my breasts more in portion with the rest of my body. I am having so much fun wearing clothing that I never would have worn before!

I walked into Dr. Chappell's office very tentatively just following my mammogram where the technician said that sometimes breast reductions can be done with help through insurance. At that point I was an "H" bra size and very embarrassed and in pain, after years of weekly Chiropractic visits, etc. I was met at the front desk by some lovely young women who set my mind at ease and set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Chappell. During our consultation Dr Chappell has an amazing assistant who again made me feel very comfortable and when Dr. Chappell came in the room I was immediately comforted by his professional and caring demeanor. Dr. Chappell is probably the best doctor I have ever been too because he listened, he examined and he explained what my options were for a breast reduction. I immediately felt at ease and knew that Dr. Chappell was my only choice and I could trust him to do the surgery. The morning of the surgery he was compassionate and again I knew that he was going to do all that he could do to give me a "new life" without the pain and embarrassment I have been feeling for many years. During recovery and follow-ups he always listened and even went so far as calling me back on a Sunday when I was concerned about my recovery. I can not speak high enough about his amazing skills, kindness and compassion. Thank you Dr. Chappell for all that you did for me!

I am a mother of 5. I had a lot of loose skin. Dr. Chappell was very professional, has Great bedside manners, and was very responsive to my needs. I am very happy with my results and he is highly recommended.

Great experience all around. Dr. Chappell and staff are amazing! He listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Wish I had the surgery years ago! Great chairside manner and great to work with. He and his nurses followed up with me anytime I had a question. Ashley was a great help too. Can't say enough great things!
