I Had fat transfer in my cheeks two weeks ago, result is O.K I wasnt to have some perlayne put in my chin area for volume,is it safe to do this now, the perlayne is not going to touch the fat in my cheeks.

A: Fillers

You need to take in consideration the fact that your face is now swallen because of surgery, fat transfer.

wait till all swelling is gone then consider the next procedures one needs to consider the entire look of the face and creat harmony of all parts of the face.

Perlane Vs Juvederm

Is Juvederm or Perlane is better for nasolabial folds? How long does each product last when used for naso labial folds (manufacturer ratings)?

A: Perlane vs Juvederm

Perlane is the thicker form of a hyaluronic acid based filler which is compared to the thicker form of Juvederm which is Juvederm Ultra Plus.    Both of these now come with lidocaine local anesthetic already mixed in and are called Perlane-L and Juvederm Ultra Plus XC.   These new forms are much less painful.

Perlane Feels Lumpy - Normal?

I just had perlane second time round a few hours ago, with a different professional, as I moved area. Whereas the result is wonderful, I feel the area a bit more lumpy than the first time. It doesn't look it, but I can feel them. Is that normal?

A: Lumpiness that can be felt and not seen after Perlane

It is very common for Perlane to feel lumpy for 1 - 2 weeks.  It is typically injected deeply enough that the lumpiness can be felt but not seen.   The good news is that the results will more likely last longer.
