Large Nose With Undefined Tip- Is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty For Me?

i see a lot websites and products for non-surgical rhinoplasty. does that work can you get fillers in you nose to change the shape? I have a long, large around, short undefined tip i want to know if that would help me? thanks

A: Non surgical nose jobs

Non surgical nose jobs use "fillers" to get the changes made. They can be used in the tip but mostly to hide irregularities. They probably won't work very well for a wide round tip that you describe. Be careful - I'm sure there will be a lot of "experts" who would be happy to take your money.

How Will the Filler Sused in a Non-surgical Nose Job Look As You Get Older and Everyone's Nose Seems to Look Bigger?

Thinking about getting a non-surgical nose-job. I have a short, wide nose with an underprojected bridge. Similar to an Asian nose, thinking about using filler to build up my bridge. Profile is not bad, it's the front view I don't like. It occurred to me, I wonder what happens as you get older if I opted to use a permanent filler for example, with the aging nose. Everybody's nose seems to get or at least appears to get bigger as you age, so I'm wondering how a non-surgical nose-job will age?

A: How long do non-surgical nose jobs last? Non surgical nose jobs use long lasting but not permanent fillers to make small corrections in the nose. I favor Restylane or Perlane since they are so safe. The correction generally lasts about a year and can be repeated indefinitely. Hope this helps.

Is It Possible to Maintain a Consistent Look with a Non-surgical Rhinoplasty?

I had been having restylane injections to correct asymmetry and low bridge following a rhinoplasty many years ago. Initially I was happy with the result, but it only lasted about 6 months before needing more injections, and I have not been able to acheive a consistent looking nose. I'm finding it very emotional and a great source of embarrasment as people notice my sometimes odd looking and changing nose. I'm too scared to have another surgery, any advice on how to get a consistent look?

A: Using fillers to correct irregularities after rhinoplasty You can certainly continu to have fillers used to correct irregularities aftr rhinoplasty. It is really just technique dependent so you just need to find a good doc who can do it consistently for you. On the other hand if it's really minor I would think that you could have a little cartilage grafting to the area which hopefully would be a one time fix. Hope this helps. Good luck.
