Here are my morphs done by a plastic surgeon
Questions: 1. Do I need a neck lipo or neck lift or face lift? 2. Do I have mouth protrusion(bi-max protrusion)? Is it severe needed to be corrected? 3. Do you agree with the implants? I am 32 male.
Interesting photos. I think you will do well with just lipo of your neck. You have pretty severe malar hypoplasia and would do best with alloplastic implants of one type or another. Not sure your lower eyelids will really rise as much as you have indicated but they will be better supported. Can't tell for certain about the bimaxillary protrusion without seeing your teeth but there is a good chance you have it. You should see a good oral surgeon for an opinion as to whether it is a dental, skeletal or combination problem. Hope this helps.
I am thin with good muscle tone, and 36. I just want to tighten some excess skin that sags at the front of my throat/ under chin after loosing weight. Can i just have the skin tightened, with incision behind my ears, without muscle tightening. I dont think its needed, it is only skin, not muscle thats loose. Im only going to get this done if i can just tighten the skin, with incisions behind the ear.
Certainly you can have the skin of your neck tightened, and there are multiple ways to accomplish this. One way you have described is to remove skin and take up the slack behind your ears. At your young age, no muscle work would be necessary. However, there are some non-invasive techniques you may want to consider, depending on how much skin needs to be removed, like Titan laser and fractional carbon dioxide laser. Seek the advice of a reputable surgeon and see which option would work best for you.
I am 47 and in the process of losing weight and notice that my neck/throat is flabby and I am developing longitudinal wrinkles. I've been fortunate never to have had much in the way of wrinkles before, but these are deep and I find it hard to accept them. Is my only option surgery and how much of an improvement can I hope for? I'm currently using Bio-oil and massage, no improvement so far:-(
A full face is a youthful face, so in the case of significant weight loss, facial laxity and loss of volume result in a more aged look. Neck tightening is typically the answer with sagging skin excess in the neck. Incisions tend to go up to the sideburn and around the ear, but you may require less than that. I would recommend you see a Board-Certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation and opinion about what would be best for you.
